We received a Glowworm light for a birthday last year. Throughout a house move the light stopped working. Hayley responded promptly and resolved the issue (sending a new electricity cable).
Excellent customer service and would highly recommend!

Glowworm Neon provided fantastic mock-ups of the designs we wanted, offering valuable advice on what would work best. The neon wall decorations they created for our games, Moving Out 2 and Undead Inc., were absolutely stunning! The Moving Out 2 neon light decoration was so impressive that we didn't hesitate to use them again for Undead Inc..

Fantastic product!

We had a sign created of our logo, firstly it came in a speedily manner, then the quality is fantastic. We were surprised with the size of it too, we thought it may be a touch smaller but glad as it fits the wall perfectly. Already referred them and think they have ordered with Glowworm Neon.

Hayley and the team have been amazing since I first enquired about having a custom sign made, managed to mock up the design for me really quickly and accommodated everything I asked for. From the minute I had paid for my design it was built and with me within 1 week, and looks absolutely amazing such a great addition to my gaming room, very bright as well plenty of light.

Excellent service and product. Take time to make sure everything is as you want it, sizes, fonts and colours. Delivered to my door with all fixings and cables included. Nice people to boot. ☺️

While looking for ceiling light on Google I managed to find myself on Glowworm Neons website. I'm so pleased I did!
I didn't realise that the company were local to me and that was ultimately what why I decided to buy from them. I believe in supporting local business and LOVE it when I find one that's amazing.
The ordering process was straight forward, they even checked after I ordered if I was happy with the colour selections.
I was kept up to date at every turn, from when the light was starting to be manufactured to when it would be delivered.
As were local the light was hand delivered too which was even better!
Hand written note and a bag of jelly worms made it even more special.
We're already picking out our next purchase, from start to finish the experience was brilliant. Keep up the good work and I'll keep recommending you to anyone that will listen.

I’m in love with my custom made neon sign for my studio.
Hayley worked fast with me to get my design right and did several mock ups along with different measurements and fonts until it was perfect.
Super fast delivery and Incredible quality, the sweets and packaging were a nice touch.
I am already in the process of ordering again from the team I am that impressed.

Absolutely amazing service. Ordered a custom neon sign from Glowworm after a recommendation and the service is fantastic. They sent us a mock-up of the design and worked with our existing corporate logo. It looks stunning in our office and studio and will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered a gorgeous custom made sign for our wedding day which we will display at the venue and then in our kitchen to enjoy forever! Service was great, hayley was able to offer us a few mock ups to make sure we were happy with the colours and text. Really great service, would recommend glowworm neon as we have something really special and personalised to mark our big day.

Oh my - I love my bespoke light from Glow Worm Neon. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The product arrived really well packaging , it’s even more amazing than I could have imagined and they even sent a little pack of jelly worm which I personally thought was a lovely touch.
