Had a bad experience with this company..poor quality..and not costumer service..2 years warranty..they asked to pay for the broken part after 5 months been purchased

The company import signs from Turkey. Selling them with Eu plugs, very cheap materials, costumer service totally absent, speaking with someone over WhatsApp is embarrassing for them.. i hope so people can read and understand what they are buying before make this mistake

Great communication ,designed made my neon sign exactly as i wanted it

I ordered a neon sign for my daughters birthday and the sign is absolutely perfect, the web sight is very clear and easy to use with sizes and details clearly marked- then you receive a preview of the order before it’s actually made so if you’re not happy with anything there’s an opportunity to fix that. I then received my order a few days later - I went for the stand alone version and it sits on the stand perfectly and is very easy to set up. I would definitely use this company again
