A great price and products

Products, Price ok. Process and Comms challenging.
Good selection of products and competitive price. Delivery as promised.
However the email communication is quite poor, didnt get any email confirmation post order, took screeshot of final order page on portal thankfully. Also no email update form supplier, the first one I got was from the courier company which relaxed me that the order has gone through and it coming.
