Glowtopia a good company, courier they use not so good.
Glowtopia itself is great. I’ve given 3 stars as they use DX as their delivery company who lost part of my order due to a damaged box. They sent out replacements however, DX failed to deliver in time despite receiving messages from them saying deliver will be on 1st of June. Delivery actually was made on 5th June which was after my son’s wedding which is why I’d ordered more than a week before. Very disappointed in the delivery method. They could have used Royal Mail next day delivery and I would have had the items in time.

Unfortunatley in our experience we find Royal Mail services much slower and unreliable but we will take your feedback into consideration on our next review of shipping services.
