Excellent communication throughout. Installers hardworking, polite, tidy and clearly very experienced. All installed in a day (terrible weather for them to work in ☔️). App simple to navigate and after care excellent 👍

Shaky start but the guys that put scaffolding up were great and the fitters that eventually came and fitted the panels were brilliant. Mike and his crew were really good, helpful explained everything they were doing and made up for the previous guy cancelling and were a credit to the company. Certain office staff were usless and never returned calls but eventually Tanashi( hope I spelt it right) sorted it within a few hours. Even with the problems I would recommend Glow Green they are not pushy and overall provided a great service

Overall a great experience! The solar panels that Glow Green installed for us are working perfectly and better than I expected. The service all the way through was great.

We had 20 solar panels fitted, along with a battery. We use this to charge our EV and the entire household needs. We use very little electricity from the grid since fitting (knowing it's Summer, so lots more Sun!).

We were scheduled for a 22/06/26 install but that slipped to 23/06/26 which was an inconvenient date for us. The team revisited the situation and offered a 09/06/26 install date which we gratefully accepted. The scaffolding was placed on 24/05/26 and the panels and battery etc were delivered on 04/06/26, fortunately the pallet of items fitted in my garage so security was not an issue. The roofer arrived on 08/06/26 and we were able to give him access and he started preparations fitting rails etc. On 09/06/26 the roofer arrived early and with the electrical team found a cable route and work proceeded at pace with everything complete and tidy by 1500. We received a short intro to the FoxESS2.0 application and a follow up call from the after care team at Green Glow. All in all a very happy experience with a big Thank You to the team for their professional delivery. George, the roofer, was the star of the show with his excellent work ethic, can do attitude and punctilious good manners.

From start to finish the installation of my solar panels and battery was great. I had all the information from Nicholas in sales to enable me to decide o options, he guided me through the process and payment options. James and the team were really professional and courteous on installation day, answered all my questions, took the rubbish away and cleaned down the areas they worked in. Helped me install the app and showed me how everything worked. I would highly recommend Glowgreen for solar panels, and I got a great price.

Engagement was really good from the moment I registered my interest. Communication was good from the moment I placed the order and the installation team was really good. Product working well and very happy.

Good sales experience, with Meghan who explained process and timetable. Items were delivered on schedule, scaffolding arrived early, and fitters arrived when they said they would! Took about 6 hours to install, and all working well at finish.

Our journey to obtain a solar system for our home started as it should with research. Firstly your usage of electricity secondly your properties suitability for panels. We were fortunate that our roof space could cover our overall use.
We contacted various companies large and small. The quotes varied massively.
We finally chose glow green due to the helpful telephone consultant’ Grant ‘ . He explained the system and the process clearly.
The price was the most competitive and the system was a higher spec than some.
We decided on a Duracell 5 ke inverter and battery. Now I’ve seen the system another battery would have been worth the outlay .
We only had one hiccup which was a delay in the scaffolding . Once the team arrived of Connor , Chris and Max, they set about the installation at lighting speed. The work carried out was extremely neat , all cables were hidden allowing the exterior of the property to remain unaffected. Connor and Chris problem solved on site to allow a different cable route to ensure all the hardware could be hidden in the integral garage.
The system is working brilliantly .
When I mentioned the battery and increasing the quantity, that’s with regards to general overnight use of its reserves. Our 5 kw battery just about lasts the night supplying the house . So this far we’re at zero from the grid .
So I totally can recommend glow green and I’ll be using them when I upgrade the system with more panels and batteries.

I contracted Glow Green to install a Tesla Powerwall battery.
The installation was originally scheduled for 12 May 2026 and then rescheduled for 14 May 2026.
When I contacted customer services, they were initially unable to explain what had happened. There was also a concerning instance where I was informed that the battery had already been installed when this was not the case, which understandably raised concerns about communication and internal record-keeping.
Glow Green has responded and has now scheduled the installation for July 6, 2026, and there appears to be a more proactive effort to address the issues raised. I have also been told that improvements are being made to their internal processes and customer communication.
While my experience so far has been disappointing and below expectations, I am happy that company has now engaged more constructively and taken steps towards resolving the situation.

Solar order was seamless, well organised and informative. Scaffolding was erected to schedule. However, a rearrangement of the install date was not communicated. Until I contacted the appropriate team mid morning on the scheduled day I was unaware it had been moved forward several days! No advanced notice call or text, annoying.
Install was excellent and the 3 man team completed the work by 4pm all cleared and tidy.

The design process, scheduling and installation was very good. Mike and his colleague were on site at 8am, very efficient and friendly as well as being highly competent. They were finished and tidied away by the end of the day.
The only problem encountered was that the iBoost component was faulty and didn’t work. A follow up call from Glow Green the following working day ensured that the replacement part was ordered and scheduled for installation.

From start to finish Glow Green Solar have been great. I needed to obtain multiple quotes and found Glow Green very easy to deal with, they quoted properly and provided a system which effectively matches my usage. I initially dealt with Nick who was really helpful in explaining the options and providing the further information needed for Green Homes Wales.

The install itself went really well too - the two guys that turned up were really professional and did a really tidy job of the install (and I am fussy!), it is installed exactly like I hoped it would be.

The system itself is performing really well, I am 97% self sufficient most days even with the Wales weather! It's a perfectly sized system and battery for my usage.

The initial sales contact from Calum was brilliant. Communication from Dawn at the scaffolding company was very thorough and the install by Lee and his team was excellent. My only small thought is the that cost of bird protection was very expensive but worth having as ‘insurance and peace of mind’. Overall the service, staff and communication a great experience.

All the trades people Glow Green used plus the staff were wonderful.
The scaffolding lads were amazing with a fantastic work ethic.
The solar panel installers were again brilliant with the same work ethic.
I can’t fault the whole experience and highly commend this company. 👍🏻☺️

Installer team done a great job. They explained clearly what they are doing, asked for preferences of cable runs and also provided clear answers to my questions. Ioan was amazing and took his time and was careful at every detail to do a very neat and fabulous looking install.

We had 3 installers arrive at staggered times on the day of installation, George, Steve and Mike. All were very friendly, polite, hard working and efficient. We were consulted and informed by them at all stages of the installation.
