Glo Melanin 

Technology was NOT on my side when submitting my most recent transaction and I accidentally submitted the order without applying my Glo+ credits. I emailed them to see if it was possible to change the payment method and Elyka made it happen in a very prompt manner! The customer service Elyka provided and customer-centered approach Glo Melanin has - in addition to the products, is exactly I continue to support this company.

I love the product so far but one of my items leaked although it was securely wrapped and I didn’t get the lip balm with the bundle. I reached out a couple of times in an email but no response back about either item.

Rio C helped me alot, they helped me get another bottle of face foam that ended up damaged through transport.

My package had arrived damage and when I contacted them they took care of it right away! They were very nice and understanding throughout the entire process! Needless to say there customer service is great!

One of my items was damaged in transit. I understand it happens, especially when something is glass. It’s not the mishap that will be remembered, it’s how it was so quickly resolved by Rio. I received an immediate response to my email that a replacement was being shipped at no cost.

You have reused 2 of my credit cards over 12 times between two credit. Cards at 14 99 per purchase.i contacted you the first time via email and you stated would not happen again further I never recieved the extra products.

The turmeric soap I bought has an aromatic feel and presence to it. They were very supportive and a promptly got my product shipped to me. I am enjoying using it as a facial wash.

The customer service here is phenomenal. They were able to answer all my questions.

I love this products because it is geared towards my particular skin color which would help me more clear up dark spots and or blemishes.

I used the tumeric soap and scrub and I’ve noticed my dark spots on my arm have lightened. I do feel like the soap finishes fast, within a couple of days of using for me but I do like the products.

Excellent product, had some turmeric lip chap I was using which was pretty good. Honestly this works even better a couple of layers of skin came off of my lips within the first couple of weeks of use. I’ll be back for more.

I prefer speaking with a customer service representative when I'm facing an issue concerning a product. However, Elyka changed my perspective. She showed me that adequate, professional assistance can be achieved through email correspondence. I received an immediate detailed responds, informing me that the matter was resolve. A refreshing experience!

I was introduced to glomelanin product through my boss @ work name Karsandra. J do not regret using these products. I bought three months serum and UPS delivered it broken and I contacted the representative via email. I had a great experience with Glo melanin team, the day I placed my order, I made a mistake on my shipping address. I send them an message through the email address provided on the order confirmation email, their response was expeditive and they made sure to correct my mistake. By the way, the associate name was Elykia (I hope I spelled it right). She was respectful and kind in her responses. I was able to receive my package this morning and I can't wait to begin my routine with my Glo melanin products. Also I love the packaging very nice!!!
