Great Customer Service
I recently ordered a Lyte extension ladder from Globe Ladders after doing some research on various vendors. I was very pleased with the customer service that Anita provided throughout the process as we did have a small issue with the courier. I had paid extra for next day delivery but Anita called me as soon as I had made the order to advise that I had missed the cut off time. We subsequently arranged another specific date but unfortunately due to a problem at the courier company the ladders did not arrive on the date expected. After discussing with Anita, and her helpful intervention, the situation was resolved with delivery next day and Anita kindly offered to refund the additional delivery charge. Ladders are very bulky items and tricky to deliver but I was very pleased with Globe and would certainly use them again.
