Can I make international calls?

What are YOYO$?
YOYO$ are Global YO's in-app token. 100 YOYO$ = $1 USD. Earn on every plan and referral, spend on future plans (up to 100% off). No expiry as long as you earn at least once per calendar year.

Couldn’t Get Online

Couldn’t get online in Dubai. Arrived in Saudi Arabia and contacted them about my experience. They couldn’t offer a refund as 30 days had passed but were able to offer a replacement eSIM. Was connected to a network there but couldn’t get online. Thanks to the team but a special thanks to ninja Anna who managed to get everything working. Anna was excellent!!

Global Data - Convenient

Getting the global esim was really helpful when traveling around Europe as well as when you have layover flights. No need to switch to any networks, it’ll automatically switch itself. So it was really convenient.

It's a gamble

Global YO worked well but signal in Mexico not very good

In general, Global YO’s service was good. My challenge has been the local network (Telcel). Before purchasing services from Global YO I purchased 2 plans (one for myself and one for my wife). 5g tourist eSIM directly from Telcel. After spending a day trying to get it working, I purchased the Global YO plan. I believe it has something to do with the type of signal (5G, 4G, LTE, 3G) and the ‘auto provision of the APN’.
But global YO has worked. Not consistently but I believe that is more likely due to the flakey signal in this part of Mexico. Which is shocking for 2026.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Need to contact them every time I moved to a new place. I bought Europe pack and it only worked in Germany properly. Rest 3 countries it didn’t work. Also customer care is only email no live chat. Takes whole day for reply. Not buying again.

Excellent Customer Service, again!!

Just want to give some compliments to Anastasia for her excellent customer service today.

My esim data finished and the top I purchased didn't activate automatically, I tried everything like restarting my phone, aeroplane mode but nothing seemed to work.

I contacted Anastasia through the "text us" option and explained my situation and emphasised that I need my data to work ASAP because I'm in a foreign country and heavily rely on esim.

She provided a number of options and eventually after exhausting all the basic fixes she provided me with a new QR code and also updated my email address because this was wrong on their system.

Once I received the QR code I installed it and my data started working immediately. I'm really glad I spoke to her today and can now relax during my trip without having to worry about finding Wi-Fi connections.

This isn't the first time I've had to contact their customer services to rectify an issue and just like the previous experience this was a great one too.

I highly recommend their services and have been using GlobalYo for a good few years now and also got other family members and friends to use them too.
