Global Shopaholics is attempting to extort a $150 ITN/EEI fee for my package, even though the total value is well under $2500. This is a direct violation of US export regulations (15 CFR 30.2). I have been trying to resolve this with their WhatsApp support for over a week, but they ignore facts and provide false information. They are holding my goods hostage. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid illegal hidden charges!

I had two situations that I thought were hopeless. But they resolved them for me cheerfully and without disappointment. I love you! I was sick because I had an accident, so my order was delayed for a long time and beyond the storage time. I requested a rescheduling, and they did it for me. The shipping delay rate would be very high, I contacted them, and to my delight, they helped me again! They are very, very generous. Keep it up! A taxa de te atraso de envio seria muito alta, entrei em contato, e para a minha alegria, me ajudaram novamente! São muito, mas muito generosos. Continuem assim! I am contacting you regarding my consolidation from February 5th. Your live chat agent informed me that my shipping fee is over $1500 and requested payment via bank transfer.
This quote is demonstrably false and fraudulent. Based on the weight and dimensions of my packages (including item 3347581775), the shipping cost should not exceed $300.
I demand:
An immediate correction of the shipping fee to the actual market rate.
The activation of the credit card payment method, as the real value is well below the $1500 threshold.
If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and initiate a legal dispute through my bank for "Service Not Provided" and attempted overcharging.

They are always very helpful and extremely quick to answer questions; I don't think I've ever seen support so fast in responding to questions. Thank you very much for your services. One suggestion for improvement: the images taken after consolidating the packages are sometimes not so good, but it's nothing that bothers me too much. The Gs are great.

This is a scam company; I don't recommend working with them. They lost my funds and don't respond to my messages via chat or phone. Their service is terrible and their treatment is awful. They are frauds and haven't resolved my problem to this day.

I used to use shipito but due to the exorbitant freight prices, I decided to test Global Shopaholics and it has been a very good experience, I have already imported several high-value products, they have always been super polite with me whenever I have a doubt I open the chat and talk to them and in a few many they solve the error.

I highly recommend it, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Had a couple of issues but sorted and resolved in a quick turn around. I had been with a previous provider for years and thought I would try a Global Shopaholics and so far so good.
