First experience with Global Shopaholics
It's been my first time using Global Shopsholics services, so it was a bit overwhelming and confusing as I was totally unfamiliar with the UI of their website, logistic procedures, etc. and I must admit I got initially angry because it took several working hours before my package got added to my account after delivery, but the customer service and the chat online with Ray Wilson was worth the waiting. All problems sorted and questions answered. Thanks a million.

Customer service is not helpful
Customer service is not helpful, especially on WhatsApp. As for email, it is very good but very slow. There are problems with some orders, especially the bulk orders that I buy from Amazon, where some products are missing. When I contact customer service, they are resolved, but it takes a whole week.
There's a weakness in capturing clear, individual photos of each product. I don't know if there's a shortage until after the assembly process, and that takes a long time. There's also a significant delay after payment, as some shipments take up to five days without a shipping label.
Enable the shipping of hazardous goods and pay a fee for them. They can be shipped via DHL so the customer doesn't have to return them or ship them locally, which would result in significant financial loss.
my return shipment was lost from warehouse and nothing happen from their side
i have a return request for a shipment its number is 2441287281 they took more than aweek to prepare it and they said that they have shipped it but usps tracking refer that it hasnot been shipped.

The worst service.
I asked on Monday to expedite the shipping process as I needed a package to arrive this week. They constantly delay responses. It is now Wednesday and still no shipping confirmation. They are actively making me lose money at this point. Terrible company, terrible service.
