First experience with Global Shopaholics

It's been my first time using Global Shopsholics services, so it was a bit overwhelming and confusing as I was totally unfamiliar with the UI of their website, logistic procedures, etc. and I must admit I got initially angry because it took several working hours before my package got added to my account after delivery, but the customer service and the chat online with Ray Wilson was worth the waiting. All problems sorted and questions answered. Thanks a million.

The customer service is really…OMER ABU HIND

The customer service is really responsive and the lay out of the website is easier than the other ones, about myself I find this company is getting better and better with the course of time, being a customer for more than 4 years making me happy and satisfied.

I really like Global Shopaholics…

I really like Global Shopaholics because it meets all my needs, they have great services such as real-time package update, package consolidation and fast shipping. As for customer service, it is one of the best there is, it responds in the right time, they give the best solution for each case, satisfying the customer, I am very happy to be a customer.

Perfect, affordable and fast

They are always ready to assist with any issue and ship goods outside USA like no other company with pictures of your product before shipment for confirmation.

The customer service was very helpful

The customer service was very helpful. I found the website a little hard to navigate at times but they were great in getting straight back to me with any questions I had when using the service.

Communication

Communication, they took nothing for granted and they ensure me everything would be fine when I was anxious. They packed the box where there was no damage to the goods. Working on my second delivery. Very satisfied.

Customer service is not helpful

Customer service is not helpful, especially on WhatsApp. As for email, it is very good but very slow. There are problems with some orders, especially the bulk orders that I buy from Amazon, where some products are missing. When I contact customer service, they are resolved, but it takes a whole week.

There's a weakness in capturing clear, individual photos of each product. I don't know if there's a shortage until after the assembly process, and that takes a long time. There's also a significant delay after payment, as some shipments take up to five days without a shipping label.

Enable the shipping of hazardous goods and pay a fee for them. They can be shipped via DHL so the customer doesn't have to return them or ship them locally, which would result in significant financial loss.

my return shipment was lost from warehouse and nothing happen from their side

i have a return request for a shipment its number is 2441287281 they took more than aweek to prepare it and they said that they have shipped it but usps tracking refer that it hasnot been shipped.
i have talked many and many times to customer service but no action made although i have told them i have a time frame for the return but no response
really thatis a shame

The worst service.

I asked on Monday to expedite the shipping process as I needed a package to arrive this week. They constantly delay responses. It is now Wednesday and still no shipping confirmation. They are actively making me lose money at this point. Terrible company, terrible service.
