Paid for 10-minute delivery. Received it an hour later and still no refund!
I purchased a digital IDP from Global Translation Support for $58.99, including their Fast Delivery option, because they advertised delivery within 10 minutes. I urgently needed the document, so the promised turnaround time was the reason I chose and paid for the expedited service.
The IDP was not delivered within 10 minutes. I contacted them after the promised timeframe had passed and requested cancellation and a refund. By the time they eventually delivered the IDP, approximately one hour had passed, completely defeating the purpose of the expedited service. Because I could not wait and needed the IDP urgently, I had already purchased one from another provider. I have contacted them repeatedly requesting a refund, but they have ignored my messages. I have now given them a clear deadline to resolve the matter, and they still have not refunded my $58.99. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company, particularly if you are relying on their advertised delivery time for urgent travel.
