Won a decent amount on 22/08 withdrawals usually fast. Asked for id. Sent all in and all passed. Then came back and asked for picture of previous card used on account in June which was removed as was lost and replaced with new card. Was rudely told on chat to go into bank request headed letter stating old card was mine. Bank manager said no bank would do this due to scammers. Let me take a pic of my previous cards and active card and still I can’t receive my withdrawal!!

Very disappointed
I won £2000 on glitter bingo. I used PayPal to deposit. I did not receive my withdrawal so I went through weeks of email correspondence with them confirming my identity and sending over the ID documents they required. Now I have been met with complete silence from them! I have been emailing them multiple times over the past few weeks asking for the outcome of my account review and have had no response! Very frustrating when they were initially very responsive in getting back to me about resolving my issue.
I can only assume they are now ignoring me so they do not need to pay me my winnings.
They were very quick to take my money though!
I cannot find any other way to contact them as I am keen to take this issue further.

The bingo games are ok. Not that I won anything but what really annoys me are the free spins bonuses. I won in game free spins and got 9000 points on my free spins voucher and got about $2.24. You can only use it on the site games anyway ...I don't think the bonuses are worth it. The chat support are friendly and quick mind

Holding my money…
I signed up with this casino and was very impressed. I won £500 and withdrew it. I continued to play the next day whilst I was waiting for my funds to go into my bank. Two days later they still weren’t there so I decided to call them. The lady I spoke to said that I was excluded with sister sites and my account closed. I asked about my withdrawal that I rightly won and she said it’s been paied to a different and they will be in touch. She also said that we’re unable to send it to my PayPal account because it was rejected. How is that the case when my deposits all went out with no problem. They are holding my money but where quick enough to take it.
