It's a robbery! I've been waiting 2 weeks for my winnings to be paid. They do not answer my emails at all. After I asked via customer support chat why the payment had not arrived, they blocked my entire account. I am very disappointed that some people are so shameless in ripping other people off. Please do not gamble here! There are so many trustworthy online gambling sites that pay out winnings. Here they steal your hard earned money and disappoint you!

Ok so I joined Sugar bingo around the 20th of June 2023 initially it was great! I really enjoy playing slingo and the site offers a great range of slingo games. I had a nice little win of a few hundred pounds but decided to keep some credit and withdraw £200.. my withdrawal went in on the Tue 20th and I was happy to wait the 1 to 2 days for it to be processed however on day 3 my win was still not approved so I spoke with customer service on live chat and was advised my withdrawal was marked as a priority and would be released later that evening. The next day the win still hasn't been released and its now Saturday which means it definitely won't be sent until earliest Monday morning because they don't process paymentover the weekend. I have spoken to customer service numerous times now and every time I have been told the withdrawal has been approved they just need to send funds but my account doesn't even say approved so I'm not really sure if this is true or not. I hope it get resolved by Monday because I was really enjoying the site and would like to keep playing but that won't be happening if I keep getting the run around and told multiple different things. To sum it up the site is good but if you want to withdraw you'll have a lengthy wait before you see the money 😞 even after it is sent I am told its another 5 days for funds to clear in my bank so if you don't mind waiting two weeks then you'll be fine.

I agree with the previous comment. There is a lot of serious technical faults with this site and it has nothing to do with devices or networks. It sometimes has you waiting on 1 when your NOT!.. then changes back. The games cut off after a line is won and you have to go back out and in again and the games nearly over. The list of bingo rooms keep bobbing up and down and aren't of great description so you need to check thoroughly which one you are going into. I won about £80 on slots but you can never really lift any real money on these sites due to massive wagering. They are all really the same in this aspect. Bonuses are just advertising gimmicks to rope you in. Not impressed with Sugar Bingo.

Spent £45 in 2 days same winners I can live without the £45 but won't spend no more and also they phone with bonus offers but lie about the wagering requirements so you would have to win loads to ever be able to withdraw and the prizes aren't great for the cost of the tickets
