Ordered powerchair. Well made chair. Seat is comfy as is back rest...love that it opens and closes at the touxh if a button and also has a remote control Really wasy to use website ..great communication.Now have a little bit if independence back

I ordered the lightweight power wheelchair nit really knowing what to expect. Fast delivery and i have to say I could not be happier with my purchase. Virtually no assembly required take it out the box and it's ready to go. Very responsive and easy to operate, I bought it to put in my boot of the car for trips out to shops and generally days out easily folded and very manageable to get in the boot of the car. I can honestly say for the price of this wheelchair it is definitely great value for your money..

I bought a reclining, folding electric wheelchair from Glider Mobility. It is great and very comfortable! The service was great too. One downside was that they wanted me to do a bank transfer to pay. My bank stopped it saying I had no protection, so I used my credit card to pay for it on the website. They don't have a credit card machine. Apart from that it was very good!

When I saw the advert for this Power Chair, the one factor of the Specification that was most important was the width of it when folded, ie. 11 inches, the exact height of my motorhome locker. However, when I received the Chair, it measured 11.5 inches, too big for my motorhome.
The design of the Chair included an extended screw and a small-bore 4cm long tube that prevented the chair from folding more. The removal of this tube allowed the Chair to be folded to a width of 10 inches, perfect fit. Glider Mobility did not assist in solving the problem of the incorrectly advertised dimension.
The Chair itself is not as good as I anticipated, the joystick doesn't control the Chair very well. When travelling on a pavement, properties have sloping drives that I need to cross, but trying to put a bit of bias on the joystick to combat the slope does not prevent the Chair from going in the opposite direction into the road. Very dangerous when going into moving traffic.
Additionally, it does not cope with uneven pavement surfaces, I see why a seat belt is included! All in all, not the best of designs, the joystick control is rather poor and should be designed to control better.

Ordered my power chair , it came with a foot rests missing however the team were absolutely fantastic and got them sorted and sent straight out to me for the next day. Brilliant service . Will definitely recommend

I phoned for some support as the battery for my electric chair was only lasting for about half an hour. I was expecting to be told I had to buy a new one but instead they sent me a new one free of charge and it arrived the next day, I couldn't be more grateful to Glider mobility.

Having received an incorrect product, I was very satisfied with the response and actions taken by glide mobility to correct matters.
Response times to my concerns has been quick and efficient.

Delivery was very quick as explained on the website. The heavy duty is very well-made and has so far excelled on every single terrain I’ve used on, the support team is also amazing and reply to any of my queries within one day usually within even an hour. Happy customer

Great scooter only have one thing to criticise is the turning cycle othwise very good

When I said that it was not right for my wife. I was just referred to the returns policy only applied if the scooter was unused. It is impossible to check a scooter without using it

Used Norton for many years and have always received value for my subscription. Told me several times about bad websites and being elderly this is one item I don’t have to worry about, more than happy to continue using.

It’s a good looking wheelchair but it is very heavy and without battery power difficult to manoeuvre. Operating with the joystick can be very challenging as is trying to get the chair started up as per the manual which is not well written. Getting it out of the box takes some time due to chair weight and construction of the box. I would not recommend any purchasers to buy on line much better to visit a supplier and try the chair out before purchasing. Danny who I dealt with was very helpful but videos should be available on line to help with any problems encountered.

Very well built scooter. Arrived on time and very well packaged. The scooter is great but very heavy not lightweight as advised also turning circle not great and wouldn't fit in my boot of car. Although came with a manual, no instructions on how to put together, I did it OK as mechanically mined but for women on they own ,not good. The battery is great and has a good range of 13 miles. The delivery was quick and a very pleasant and helpful courier. All things considered a good buy.
