If it wasnt for Glenside, I wouldnt have got my first car. Theyve been great throughout, fully understanding, human and its great to deal with real people that make decisions independently.

I made some bad decisions financially and it has haunted me ever since, it continues to do so and ive had some ups and downs with financial struggles due to this but Glenside have worked with me, understood that its not all black and white and helped me work through it. I hope to stay with them for many cars to come!

Application went through quick, was easy,staff were all over it - dealer company delayed things with MOT but not Glenside's fault. 6 months into the agreement now, very impressed compared to my previous finance comany

Shocking service from this company, finance approved then all agreed, already to go then pull the rug from under my feet, my changing there mind at the last minute, very unprofessional service.

Limited history because I worked in russia for 7 years, only been home 1 year, I have steady job etc and this company could see the common sense in helping me.

Fantastic service was losing hope of getting finance due to being messed around by so many lenders. Glenside were helpful, informative and friendly. Very bad they accept my application still on the end when I need to pay the deposit and take the car and after I signed the documents next day they tell me its been declined its not good company I think all reviews from here it's fake they make own reviews for everyone see they are good both its not like that

Glenside helped me, they gave new a new opportunity to rebuild my credit. Their customer service is exceptional and friendly. Within days I drove off in my new car. I have almost come to the end of my payment agreement and would really like to take this opportunity to thank them. I would recommend them to anyone who's had credit issues and looking for car finance.

All In all a very good service, yes the interest is higher than your normal finance company, but nothing is for free.
Being an ex bankrupt, Glenside were able to help me. My only critic is - being that most people with bad credit would use this company - there seems to be little incentive apart from the fact your credit history is good after 4 years of paying the agreement, I would guess that Glenside have to deal with late payments etc, A suggestion would be if you made 12-18 months of payments with no problems that the finance company re-assigned the credit agreement to a lower APR, this way everyone would work extra hard to make there payments and repair there credit history

We have used Glenside Finance for over 20 years and one word sums up the company ‘outstanding’ nothing is too much trouble and business is always conducted in a professional and friendly manner.

It’s just a pity Jim’s guitar playing doesn’t match the same high standard as his company !!!!!

Superb service from Glenside. Sarah was exceptional and very helpful. Only regret is that I didn't go to Glenside first. They look at the individual and all the circumstances rather than just a credit score. Required additional documents which were readily supplied. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Have now dealt with glenside twice now and find them to be very easy to deal with, Sarah is excellent and dealt with us first class.
