Silver Pearl Celtic pendant…
I bought a silver pearl Celtic pendant for my wife back in September. It was just under £70.
The pendant is very good but I was not too happy about the thickness of the chain.
However, as a result of their excellent customer service, the issue is now resolved.

Lovely jewellery

Don't bother
Don't bother. Bought a ring from Glencara in May. This ring is supposed to be sterling silver, after a couple of months wear is has given me a dry itchy rash on my finger, I have a nickel allergy so have to really watch the quality of jewellery I buy . I have photos of the ring and box it came in and the necklace sent free with the ring. I have had to rewrite this review as the company is asking for a reference number I don't have from buying the ring in May.

Everything was delightful, to be honest.
I had recently lost my claddagh ring and it devastated me. I tried purchasing one in different shops, but no one -apart from Glencara- managed to ship them successfully to Argentina (I know we're a pretty dumb country regarding international shipping, but still).
Not only did they use UPS mail, which works worldwide, but they also kept me informed on every single detail regarding my order status.
The customer service was great as well.

I ordered well in advance for an upcoming birthday, but unfortunately, the initial delivery windows came and went with tracking dates that kept getting pushed back. It was definitely a frustrating experience with communication falling short at first.
However, once I reached out, the team at Glencara stepped up tremendously. They pulled out all the stops and managed to get the item delivered to me the very next day. While the initial tracking process was stressful, I really appreciate customer support resolving the issue so quickly in the end.
