I'm writing this review in the hope…

I'm writing this review in the hope that I'll receive my refund soon. Eugene has worked hard to make this happen.
Now I hope she keeps her word.
One month furter 16/12/2025 ...
very disapointed !!! Nothing changed, still charging money on my c.c.
30/12/2025: a new employee contacted me, they promiss me to get money back. Fingers crossed
02/01/2026: i have received my money back. This is a good start of the new year !

honestly i never had an experience with…

honestly i never had an experience with gleepark until i realized my credit card has been getting deductions without my knowledge. The team would have cancelled any future payments and I still will not receive my money back to my credit card since it was already deducted. But Raj ensured that no new future deductions were made.
