Very easy to navigate the website and…

Very easy to navigate the website and review different frame styles. Easy to order and I appreciate the breakdown of estimated costs along with final invoice and updates as the order was being processed. Glasses arrive and everything was correct with the order. I will order from Glasses.com again and will recommend to friends and family.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, place an order back in April 26( 21880618068621 ) I even paid to get it expressed delivery was supposed to receive by May 4, never got anything not even an email with a tracking number or anything. Reached out to Glasses customer service, after having in hold for 15mins they come back to inform me that UPS couldn’t fine my address so they shipped it back to the warehouse, that they would be more gladly refill my order or refunded me( yes but of course I want the refund back that’s why I ordered them so you can just refund me). So I inform the customer service rep that I don’t need the money that I would like to receive the glasses I order with them. Fast forward a week now 5/12 I have yet received a tracking number or email in there end. I reached out today to see if I could get a status since I haven’t heard from them, and the customer service rep puts me on hold for 10min while she figures out what’s going on, get comes back to inform me that there are now “OUT OF STOCK” now and she not sure when they will restock smh. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with only shopping. Will never order from Glasses.com, definitely not recommending to anyone.

Chat sucks and so does my glasses

The chat person didn't know what she was talking about and the transition is to high up. Its almost in straight line. I think this is because all the glasses are big lenses now but it gave me a headache. Im going to check with my optometrist and see if the dimensions were wrong and she needs to adjust the script or if the production of my lenses is off.

Slow Shipping

My glasses originally shipped a month ago. You need to change your shipping provider. Maybe it’s because you use a UPS box and ship USPS.

I never got the glasses somebody…

I never got the glasses somebody dropped the ball the post office says package was delivered although no such package arrived I watched The postman come and go and he never delivered the glasses. No I did not receive my glasses
