This was a very seamless transaction

This was a very seamless transaction - using my vision insurance was almost stupid easy. And the options, the deals, etc., was great. The option to have 2-day shipping was also great! I have purchased from other online glass companies, and I will most definitely be returning to this place!

Awful Returns

If you even think a return is a possibility do NOT order! Their return process is awful. While it seems fairly easy to box everything up and ship it back, getting your funds back is a hassle. The amount of time they tell you it takes to receive a refund is way longer than most places (10-15 business days) and even after that ridiculous amount of time you still don’t receive your money back. I regret using this company and should have stuck with purchasing in store like I usually do.

Absolutely terrible

They'd wasted 2 weeks of my time kept claiming something was wrong with my prescription and refused to send me glasses for it even though I used the same prescription locally before with no issues.

First time user of glasses.com

First time user of glasses.com, the selection process was pretty straightforward, choose your frames (check size!), enter prescription and options, (I had transitions and progressive lenses) then enter insurance for an instant "rebate" (I ended up paying $30 out of pocket).

I made a mistake so I called customer service to change it. They are chatbots, UNLESS you hit the "not calling from mobile" option and then I got the most helpful customer service person ever, (Ariel?) she cancelled the order and insurance claim then told me to reorder. Not a problem.
The glasses arrived almost a week early, they fit perfectly, not only were the lenses good, they put a QA note in to tell me the exact readings, (there's a tolerance on the prescription settings).
First impressions count, will absolutely use them again. Well done!!
