Hard to use returns process

I bought the wrong item. When I tried to return it through the online process it turned into a nightmare. I scanned the QR code which only gave instructions on what to do, but no link to get to where I could do the return using the instructions provided. Customer Service phone number was useless since it's a recording telling you returns must be done online. I was finally able to find a chat option. I made my request but was informed I was connecting with a computer not live person. One positive about the chat was in could ask for a human. Once I made this request I got a quick response via email and was able to get a return label quickly. A customer should not have to go through so many issues just to get a return processed. Website should be easier for a normal person to maneuver.

Tired of false advertising.

I do like your product but I'm getting very tired of seeing ads on my phone that say Glamorise has a huge sale going on and I waste my time going to the website and it's the same price it always is. To me this is scam advertising drawing people in that know no better and I really wish that Glamorise would stop doing it. If they don't stop I will stop.

Amazing Customer Service

I ordered some new bras. I have been searching for a while and finally found a company that actually has sizes that fit me. It was my first time ordering and i forgot to add my new customer deal code. I emailed them as soon as I realized and they happily refunded me the difference. Very impressed.

First class customer service.

I was a bit dubious about buying from America as I've had problems with returns before but Glamorise are brilliant. I ordered two bras (which arrived sooner than expected) but found them too high under the arm so I followed the instructions for returns. I was slightly confused as each bra had its own return label and I wanted to return them together in the original packaging. Two days after posting, I had acknowledgement of the return OF ONE BRA and notification of a refund. I immediately contacted customer services and they sorted it out. I'm still waiting for my refund but I'm confident it will arrive. I can't fault them. Even the AI bot seems to understand messages.

Nightmare

I bought three wireless bras. All of the same style. Disappointing overall fit and support. All an absolute nightmare to fasten. I have been fastening my bras at the back for 50 years with no issues whatsoever - not with the bras or my ability. These bras have four hook and eyes. As you fasten each hook and eye the previous one has a tendency to come undone. They are simply not suitable. The adjustable shoulder straps slide open during wearing which lessens the support provided during the day. One had a side seam that chafed my skin. The return was accepted, but Evri lost it in transit. After over two months, I queried the overdue return. A refund was issued, as quote, “a onetime courtesy “. Essentially telling me that were a future return to be lost in transit they would not refund me! Glamorise offer Evri as a return courier. It is for them to claim against Evri not the customer.
Discovered too late that the bras were shipped from the USA which i seek to avoid. I would never purchase a Glamorise bra again.

I was gifted three bras they fit…

I was gifted three bras they fit perfect wonderful so I decided I would buy myself three bras. They did not fit, my own fault I immediately contacted Customer Service. They sent me a return slip through my email. I asked about exchanges. They don’t do exchanges a refund of your money and they gave me a code to put in so i can re-order the same bras in a different size same price. I loved the bras. They were gorgeous. They were well-made good quality. I just thought I was smaller than I actually am overall awesome. Awesome product I would suggest full figure women, curvy women look into these bras.

Great customer service

Great customer service when I had an inquiry. My only quibble is that despite the claim to have a wide variety of styles and sizes, in actual fact there is just one style in a boring selection of colours that comes in my size. The quality and fit are excellent though, and they have a fabulous return policy.
I'm told they are looking into offering more variety, but I'll believe it when I see it :-)

I have many bras from the company and…

I have many bras from the company and have always found no problems sending them back, the last order i sent back has gone missing since 21/1.
I enquired about it and it was dealt with promptly, no sign of the bra in the warehouse but as one off good will gesture they are paying me my money back.
