Ordered a pair of jeans which were far too long sent them back charged for this they received them on the 8th of September still waiting for refund almost a month later keep saying there is a delay on refunds this is not acceptable they have one week to sort this as I have been in touch with the ombudsman who is guiding me through what my rights are

I messaged glamify regarding my order as I forgot to put number of my address on order they rectified it straight away and messaged me back straight away amazing service.

Zero customer service.

Tried contacting them about a delayed order and basically told me to do one and had the cheek to send me a customer service survey after. 2 days after the expected delivery date, I still haven't got it despite the fact the I paid extra for next day delivery. With them using Evri as a courier too it's a one two punch for unreliability and lack of customer support, do yourselves a favour and just grab your items elsewhere, it's not worth the headache.

Edit: item didn't even fit after all the hassle and they also charge you for returns on top of being poor at looking after customers. AVOID these guys.

Absolute amazing customer service. I needed an item in time for the weekend. Spoke direct via instagram late in the evening aswell. The order was placed and ready for me to collect the next day. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer.
Cant thank you enough.

I have used glamify fashion so many times in past and always had the best service and products
But this time has been horrendous!
I am still waiting for an out standing that for over 2 weeks now
I have sent numerous emails and still no response to date
I am out of pocket and still no way of getting my money back because the only way you contact them is via email!
I warn anyone be careful before buying because there’s a chance u won’t get it!

Terrible so far. Emailed the company over a number of days as there is no phone contact and tried to use their online contact and nobody has got back to me. Product I bought does not match what they advertised and I want a full refund but they charge for returning. Very disappointed at both the quality of the clothing and the total lack of contact from customer services - will never use this company again.

contacted twice regarding my refund instead of payment back i opted for store voucher still not received after confirming they have received my return on 29th august and has been over the 14day period. disappointed as i like there clothes but costumer service not great especially reading other comments with same issue

Avoid avoid avoid!! They don’t want to give you your money back!! I’m on day 21 since they received my return. All they say is we’re working through our returns!! They want the return back in 14 days but think it’s ok to keep YOUR money for 3 weeks plus!!!

Awful. Do not order from here. Nothing fits as it should do. At first gave the benefit of the doubt and asked for a gift card. Still no luck on second purchase with sizing to asked for REFUND to which they refunded again to the ‘store credit’ even though they agreed my money would go back to my bank account and still will not give me a refund. £40 down and no resolution. Terrible. Surprised they are still in business tbh.

i had made a mistake in my order and when i messaged them i recived a response almost straight away and they sorted it out right away so helpful

Terrible returns process, still haven’t received my money after them having my returned item for nearly one month!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered a jumper from here which was ‘one size 8-12’ i’m a size 10 however the jumper was far too small and doesn’t match the sizing what so ever! No way would it fit a size 12. I sent it back the same day I received it to which it’s been over 2 weeks and still update on klarna to say they’ve received the return. Glamify have emailed me saying they’ve received the return however they’re refusing to update the information with klarna and keep telling me to ‘allow 14 days’ when it has been longer than this! The quality of the jumper was shocking, customer service was shocking, prices are shocking and even more disgusting they charge you to return the cheap crappy items they send out! Good reviews left are from employees. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER be ordering again!

Clothing sizes completely off , I pay £5 shipping to get it to me and then have to pay £4.99 to return it ?! Crazy ! Definitely won’t be ordering again or recommending to anyone .

Amazing costumer services via social media with items i was looking for and also restock information. And always amazing quality clothes at a fair price.

Feel like I need to leave a review as I was concerned I wouldn't get my refund after reading bad reviews of customers returning items but not getting their refund or waiting months, but I have to say Glamify customer service couldn't of been anymore helpful, I emailed explaining my concerns after reading the reviews and they got straight back to me explaining everything and what return date they where up to. I then received my refund within the allocated time. Could not fault them. I think people often leave bad reviews but not always good ones .. so thank you Glamify 👏 x

I ordered some cowboy boots from Glamify for a festival very last minute but they arrived so so quickly!! They were absolutely gorgeous and great quality,however, sadly I had to return them as they didn't fit me. I therefore arranged a return via their customer service team who were fab - kind and very responsive. I recieved my refund quickly.

I cannot understand all the bad reviews and would happily shop from Glamify again :) x
