Outstanding customer service as well as great renewal price!
I was coming up to a renewal with gladiator and the original price given was a little pricey so was looking elsewhere as it was quite expensive. In my previous experience with insurance companies if you chat with them they don't usually reduce their price by much. Talked with Jonny (amazing customer service) and my policy was reduced along with a loyalty discount as well which meant that my policy was so much cheaper than I was expecting! He was great on the phone and answered all my questions - unbelievably helpful! I have always had great customer service with gladiator (unfortunately didn't get their names as well!) but hope to be with gladiator for a very long time if this continues.
I do have to agree though with some other reviewers that they do charge you for any policy changes which is a shame (people are saying £5 but I have previously had £25 but maybe that was because of my van or something else)

Bad advice
Their call centres have been giving me some terrible advice over the phone. Only my own diligence prevented me from having the wrong insurance, and call centre agents don't seem to fully comprehend the policies. Take caution.
