Useless window repair / replacement service
I had my van windows smashed in whilst on holiday and rang Gladiator to replace the windows under my insurance with them. The earliest their contractors could fit me in was in 6 days time. I couldn't go on the motorway with no windows or boarded up windows so I had to do it privately for £360 (who came out within an hour). Gladiator will only reimburse £50 if you do it privately so I won't be renewing my Gladiator/Admiral insurance again.

I have always been happy happy with…
I have always been happy happy with Gladiator until i received my renewal quote , last year i paid just over £300, this year with no changes they quoted over £900, a 200% increase , i contacted them and was offered a £47.00 discount for been a loyal customer , i went to swinton insurance who did the same cover for £320.
Gladiator did not care just kept saying that's our best price
AS YOU SEE FROM REPLY THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED, THEY CAN NOT EXPLAIN WHY THEY WANT TO INCREASE MY PREMIUMS BY OVER 200%
