This is the worst company to buy from. They never respond to you trying to contact them. Orders take forever, and you never know what is going on. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because EVENTUALLY I did get my order, but the process in getting it was so troublesome that I'll never order from them again.

Never delivered my products... Already been over two years....

Unfortunately I placed a pre-order, it supposed to release (some time ago, a year or so), I asked a lot of times, I got generic answers (when I got one). Just lost my money, terrible experience for me.

Got a my figure for much less than other websites. It took a long while before the release so I was afraid I had been scammed but I finally got it in perfect condition
I just wish I had more options for the transport company because UPS didn’t give me a choice for the delivery date

Ordered two statue from them, received them both. First one was smooth sailing, the second one was a bit trickier since it got lost in transport intraChina but they helped me get another one.
Their customer service is fairly slow but it happens.

The figure arrived in perfect condition and was packaged well to prevent damage. Shipping time of course is very long but they are located in China so that's to be expected. Strangely they charge extra for packaging materials. It's only $2 but still I don't think you should have to pay extra in order not to risk receiving a broken item.

The statue was great and bigger then expected but the wait time for the piece was rediculas. There were no updates on it after I bought it and when I inquired about it I was directed to two different places to contact. I deal with custom statues all the time and updates on long wait times is always key.

Figure arrived in perfect condition and it looks amazing, very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone!

Basically, to me it looks like they just scam and take people's money if anything goes wrong etc without any explanation.

However, when I received my item (Black Clover Asta Statue), it had multiple issues such as the tail tip was broken and Asta has a crack on his knee. I am not to sure how to fix these issues but overall I really do love the statue. I also had no way of really tracking my item so I didn’t know when it was gonna come in.

Dont discuss about partial refunds. If i want my whole money back im in my right to get it. Also is super annoying to beg for get the refund. It took months to get it finnaly
