It was fast, and the box came in perfect condition.

Pre-ordering and delivery worked absolutely fine, and the figure was in perfect condition.

I never received the figure, delays in receiving the order, you send messages to the contact email and they do not answer or they answer after months, the worst store I have been able to place an order in, I ended up canceling it

The outer box was slightly damaged in shipment, but because the figure was so well packed there was no damage to the actual figure!

Recieved the figure in perfect condition honestly was surprised since i thought they were a scam but were not

Product Purchase was handled correctly and without issue. No complaints.

I never Received my figurine it hasn't even been shipped yet its been a year

They are legitimate! The pricing was amazing and the shipping price was also good. It will take a long time to ship but well worth it if you want to get your items at a cheaper price!

I preordered a limited edition figure in March last year and the release date was a few months from the time i placed the order so fast forward to SIX MONTHS past the release date and my shi is not only nowhere to be found it didn’t even ship! which reminds me of this lie “If the item(s) fail to ship after 6 months from the Estimate to Arrive (ETA) month provided at the time of purchase, customers are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount.” they thought i wouldn’t notice lmaoo

i tried contacting customer service and sent emails nonstop but it was futile cuz nobody responded and it stayed like that for months but i didn’t give up i kept nagging i spent $416 TF

when they finally responded they told me the item i PREORDERED was out of stock? hmm “Cancellation will be done automatically if product out of stock” this yall? they had the audacity to offer me a 50% coupon as an apology JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY i asked for a refund they agreed then took sooo long AND the amount was deducted mind u they would’ve never considered responding until i threatened to take it to court so yea run away if u value ur money.

Great figure, easy to build, wonderful to display.
Fair price and tax included in the shipping price.

Your product are great but one part came brocken so I had to repart it myself and for a +600$ statue it's kind of sad you don't have spare parts to help your customers. (It was the belt on the back so not a big piece of the statue)

I wrote two emails and no one got back to me about my order and they definitely stole my $60 downpayment

I don't agree with the bad ratings i read, but maybe we didn't have the same experience.
I ordered 7 resins, 2 received , still waiting for 5.
The quality is really good, packaging is perfect, and if a piece is broken, you send a picture and GK do their best to send you a replacement.
You just have to be patient, generally 6 months i would say If you pre order, 1 month and half maximum if it's a ready stock, and i live in France.
I love this website, it's much cheaper and better quality compared to what is sold in France.

Never have I ever experienced so much discomfort while ordering there.

I never received a notification after requesting for an update.

At the end I cancelled my order while I can (180 days PayPal) .

Would not recommend. Trust me
