Wouldn’t use this company!

Wouldn’t use this company!
You go round and round in circles with the customer service! There More for money than genuine customers.
My parcel was left outside while no one was home and can’t even get a refund. Id avoid and use other companies.

Extremely unhappy ordered over a week…

Extremely unhappy ordered over a week ago got an email about delivery rearranged to this Saturday 11th, no show delivery contacted yodel who have now confirmed can’t locate it.. reached out and offered a replacement which is no good if doesn’t come by Thursday for my daughters birthday!! No acknowledgment of reply since..
UPDATE *** refund received, ordered same product from TikTok shop arriving today via Royal Mail WORD OF ADVICE USE TIKTOK SHOP RATHER THAT DORECT TO WEBSITE.. YODEL WORST DELIVERY COMPANY ON PAR WITH EVRI

I’m really sorry to hear about the issue with your order and that it didn’t arrive in time for your daughter’s birthday. I’ve checked through the correspondence and can confirm a full refund was processed this morning, with an email confirmation sent to you as well.

Also please be aware that we also ship a portion of our orders placed on TikTok inhouse and some are sent from TikTok they also still use the Yodel service depending on your area and what location warehouse your order comes from. But we will certainly get your feedback passed along to Yodel directly.

Placed a biggish order yodel have said…

Placed a biggish order yodel have said they delivered yesterday which they didnt instead delivered me 2 huge parcels for 2 different people and 2 different addresses and marked it down as delivered for my parcel total lie i have cctv footage of the 2 parcels that was delivered,now if a shampoo set it 3ft tall and that heavy the delivery driver couldnt carry it the jesus it would last years give me cosmetics have now refused to refund me and are ignoring any messages.Ive spoken with inpost who own yodel and they have told me the parcel is delayed yet marked as delivered i have 6 cctv cameras round my house to prove just how big these parcel were certainly not shampoo boxes i dont lie unlike yodel and now my emails and messages are being ignored well my next step is the ombudsman and legal route my 2 daughters are now out of pocket because yodel have lied all we want is the refund but nope being ignored no off of investigation nothing.Used give me cosmetics for years spending ££££ at a time certainly wont be using no more now my girls have been ripped off disgusting customer service and suprise suprise no number to call on.

Poor customer service and non delivery

I ordered a cosmetics gift for my Sisters Birthday at least 3 weeks in advance. The carrier, Yodel failed to deliver it and i wasn't notified at all. It was returned to the company with no explanation. The only way i learned of its non delivery was when i enquired to my sister (who is recovering from cancer treatment) about the gift, to be told nothing had arrived. Give me Cosmetics have yet to explain what has gone wrong or issue any kind of apology or refund. So far the only contact i seem to have had is from some AI chatbot.

I purchased shampoo and conditioner…


I purchased shampoo and conditioner with next day delivery on 22/09 for my holiday. It’s now 25/09 and nothing has arrived — Yodel tracking still says ‘with sender,’ so the items clearly haven’t even been dispatched.

I had to repeatedly chase for a refund of the delivery fee, and instead of refunding the full £4.99 in one go, they first sent me £2.00, then another £1.00 when I challenged it, and finally £1.99 to make up the rest. This kind of response is unprofessional and shows they can’t manage a basic refund correctly.

Very disappointing experience and I’ll never order again. Still don't have my items and no response from the company on when they'll arrive.

For your convenience, the latest tracking scan was recorded this morning at 10:55 am. You can follow the parcel’s progress at any time using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email, without needing to wait for a team response.

To help us assist customers as quickly as possible, we do ask that only one email is sent per enquiry. Multiple emails before receiving a reply can unfortunately push the conversation further down the queue and delay a resolution.

We have also been made aware of unexpected delays with Yodel. As explained previously, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. A full refund of your shipping cost was processed as a gesture of goodwill, and we are sorry this did not meet your expectations.

I ordered the blonde shot shampoo and conditioner as a birthday gift. It arrived in an envelope full of the purple product. I reached out with a photo attached and was told it was transferred to the relevant people to investigate. Nothing since after sending numerous emails. Avoid! I am now without the products and refund. I've given all the information with attached photo. Received nothing!!!

I placed an order with this company and had missing items

I placed an order with this company and it’s my first experience with them, sadly it hasn’t been a good one . I ordered 3 items and only 1 was in the package. The brown package was placed half in and half out of my letter box. I contacted customer service after tracking my order and they said al 3 items were delivered in the one parcel. I have done everything they have asked of me , checked around my property, asked neighbours, sent a photo of my delivery and I keep being passed around the houses and repeatedly being asked to give the same information over and over again . I’m now really Annoyed as not moving forward with this and no resolution for me . I’ve done nothing wrong , paid for goods not received. Asked for a refund for my missing items and nothing . I’ve had to order elsewhere as needed for my holiday
Will not be ordering from them again

I’m hooked !!

Stumbled across this brand on social media at the lead up to Xmas 2024
Bought a couple of box sets for ladies in the family and didn’t expect such a reaction on Xmas day .
They were super happy and already knew the products and company.
Envy made me buy my own and never looked back .
The products across the brand are amazing.
I’ve just bought 4 boxes for this Xmas as presents.

Brilliant for greasy hair

My daughter suffers from greasy hair and no shampoos could fix it until we found these. She absolutely loves them it's made a massive difference. Her hair doesn't get greasy as quick and now she won't use anything else.
