The worst experience of my life.

The worst experience of my life.

Met with them.
Discussed my financial issues.
Came up with a plan to do a debt settlement
On the very last day, I was advised that I had to meet with RBC creditors or I could be jailed.
Met with Gingras hoping to discuss with the RBC creditors, but when I arrived, they were not present.
Instead, I was told my last resort was a bankruptcy.
I felt obligated to go ahead and file a bankruptcy.
They could of gotten an extension or even discuss further with RBC to have a settlement for me.
The amount was only $40 thousand which I had with RRSP and RESP.
I would never recommend this company. They are not working for you. You are a number.

Mrs. Julie.

I am deeply sorry that you feel that way about the service that we provided you with. After talking with your trustee, Mr. Emmanuel Racicot, I feel that there might be a few things concerning the meeting of creditors, your RRSPs and RESPs that either could have been explained in more details or that you misunderstood. Either way, I recommend that you call Mrs. Johanne Lalonde (819-410-0403) or Mr. Racicot (819-410-0551). Both will be able to clarify things and answer any questions that you might have.

As for the possibility of being jailed, I assume that you are referring to the letter from the Superior Court which states the following:
“And further take notice that if, without reasonable cause, you fail to comply with the requirements of this notice you are guilty of an offence under the Act and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.”

If this if in fact what you are referring too, know that it is standard procedure to have this paragraph in the notice you received but it rarely ever happens. Mr. Racicot actually told me that in 18 years of working in the field of insolvency, he never handled the case of a debtor that ended up going to jail. I hope this reassures you.

Again, you may call Mrs. Lalonde or Mr. Racicot to discuss this matter in more details if you wish too.

Sincerely,

Nicolas H.

Ginsberg Gingras review of excellence

Yes, I would recommend this Company to anyone. They were very professional and kind and did not make me feel ashamed of my position that I found myself in. They answered all my questions professionally even though some of them were very stupid.

You people know your stuff and get to …

You people know your stuff and get to the point. Did everything that has to be done and did it quickly. Thank you very much. Happy New Year 2018😀 oooh yes, I am not proud for what I did. In my case at that point and time I have no other option. So you come to a decision to pchoose one or the other just like picking your poison, which one to pick?

Hi Munthe. You initially left us a 5-stars rating before switching it to a 3-stars rating roughly four weeks later. It would mean a great deal to us if you would be so kind to let us know what prompted you to change your rating. Please let us know by emailing me at nhoric@ginsberg-gingras.com.

Sincerely,

Nicolas H.
