My experience with Ginsberg Gingras as a creditor was troubling. They repeatedly listed my name instead of the real creditor’s (a woman living with disabilities), and the error was a fight to be corrected. The debtor later admitted she was advised by someone at the firm to withdraw her RRSPs before filing, reducing funds available to creditors. This same debt arose from the debtor’s prior financial misconduct that had already cost her a government job.

The firm’s representative came to court unprepared on two occasions, acknowledged she had not read the full file, yet still recommended outcomes favouring the debtor. Communication was inconsistent and key documents arrived last-minute.

Based on my experience, these practices can seriously harm legitimate and vulnerable creditors while enabling individuals to misuse the insolvency system. Proceed with caution and verify everything.

Main issue is see here is 90% of the Workers here are good but when the 10% suck or the 90% mess up this site did its best to undermine the reviewers concerns , specifically Nathan .

A Woman was left abandoned in a Meeting you set up and the people you arranged it with used it to their advantage talking her into a deal that was bad for her.

Your agent should have been there
Nathan shouldnt have glossed over this as no big deal given the results and what happened.

I believe this is a good service.
I also KNOW that the BBB has mixed reviews based on your Dedication to the Client as opposed to the Lenders especially in Quebec. Luckily im not in Quebec and reviews outside Quebec for BBB for your company are actually quite far ahead of your average standard.

That said you failed that woman not Once but Twice and even given the moment to Redeem yourself chose not to.

I think its like H & R block
I had a GREAT Accountant for years
The last 2 years she's been overbooked
So i got someone else who messed up my taxes, got me audited and no one helped me until after i fixed it. That's cause i had a bad employee not a bad Company.

But that Nathan guy needs Corrected and Hard.
You failed that girl then he blamed her for your agent not showing up and the fact that same agent didnt properly inform her. He cant be laying that at the feet of someone you failed.

I suspect this is why you have the Complaint with the BBB bureau because when it gets real bad and your guy messes up you wont step up to be accountable and BBB has recognized that validating the claim by publishing it for everyone to see. (still 1 vs the dozens most places have is still good odds)

I just wanted to save the next me days of looking.
This is what these people are about
They arent perfect but they're ahead of the pack.
They arent accountable to failures of their staff tho...

It's sad thatt this kind of place could even have an individual with no remorse no compassion talks down to his clients and doesn't give a s*** to tell someone who's gone to him for help for bankruptcy to tell this person that they have $10000 cash that they have to pay up front or they won't help this is done by Vincent sauve And it's appalling and disturbing to know that an individual like this is even working for this kind of place. I am waiting for chantal Gingras to call me back which is the president and I would really like to see if she even Cares about her clients where she will actually help and it's appalling that she would even let someone like Vincent work within her office even more with her team... it's disgusting

It happened that I married someone Ginsberg Gingras help put a dark mark on the file. It’s not of any help right now looking for my name nor the consumer. What will you when and if you recognized it was a poor decision? Thank God we got through, but what my wife suffered was because of the fact that this company values more profit for themselves than solution to help the consumer getting out of debt, has no price tag. What difference it makes, when you stop someone from selling her house to include the house in a consumer proposal, or leaving that person dealing with her stuff on hells elf? and two years after this arrangement have been paid, this person, even with a good salary and good credit is getting rejected by lender? Either you had an other purpose when you objected that the person sold the house to pay her debt, or you really suck at your job. Anyhow, the consumer is the loser, the house wins all the time, right!
