Amazing service from the first time I contacted them to have info, Roxanne has helper me tremendously, made me confortable thru the process right from the start, she always answered my many many questions, in a very effective and fast way.

Sylvie Lyons is the syndic who handled my file once I took the decision to go ahead with the plan that was proposed to me, she has been very helpful as well, very profesional but also with a friendly attitude making me feel good about the big decision i had taken.

Overall 5 stars for service received by them!

Everything went well,the first meeting, t brought everything they asked me when I first called and gave everything to Mr Racicot.
Afterwards. I kept receiving emails asking me for the first documents I had already given to the gentleman.
Very polite personnel, courteous.
Only thing I have a problem with is the 245.00 per months being on retired persions , having a rent to pay, electricity. TV insurance medications car insurance etc etc. Yes, I know I am the one who declared bankruptcy but makes it really hard to,live comfortable life. ThNK U FOR REASING ME

When it's time to admit that your despired, it's good to see people who will answer any questions and they make sure you understand. It's not pleasant to go to a such place, because it means you have problems, they are so professional I will recommand them. And I went to se them because they have a small office in my area, I really appreciate the GG has that thought.

Good service but ask 3 time to fix the call i get and i keep getting called by moneymart like 3 to 8 times a day and nothing change its about 3 month ago a make my consumer proposal ...

je suis très déçu du service que j'ai eu chez vous. en entrevue téléphonique j'ai pris la peine de bien expliquer ma situation avec 2 agents avant de signer la faillite et on m'as dit: " il n'y a pas de problème mario votre faillite va se dérouler en 9 mois vous êtes bien en dessous du barème ". Quand je suis allé a ma 2e rencontre ils se sont rendu compte qu'ils avaient mal calculés mon budget et je j'allais payer ma faillite pendant 21 mois . Ensuite, on m'as demandé d'envoyer mes papiers d’impôts pour mon rapport ce que j'ai fait dans la semaine . 3 semaines plus tard ils m'ont dit que je devais être a mon affaire car je n'avais pas envoyé mes papiers ce qui n'étais pas le cas !

donc non je ne recommande AUCUNEMENT cette compagnie a personne j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience .....

I am very disappointed with the service I had at home. in a phone interview I took the trouble to explain my situation with 2 agents before signing the bankruptcy and was told: "there is no problem mario your bankruptcy will unfold in 9 months you are well below the scale ". When I went to my 2nd meeting they realized that they had miscalculated my budget and I was going to pay my bankruptcy for 21 months. Then, I was asked to send my tax papers for my report what I did in the week. 3 weeks later they told me that I had to be my business because I had not sent my papers which was not the case!

so no i dont recommend this company to anyone i had a very bad experience .....

Disapointed expected better information and service however received what they could offer.

I'm completely satisfied with the service and I recommand this company to anyone.
