Order placed on 23rd March with a delivery date of 5 to 7 days. After hearing absolutely nothing for nearly 2 weeks I chased the order and received an email saying it was out of stock (it wasn't when the order was placed) but they were expecting a delivery that day or the next and it would be sent out straight away. Since then I've heard nothing.
Hopefully my order will turn up at some point but I'm not holding my breath. Either way I won't be using this company again.

Hi Andy, thank you for your review. Whilst we are disappointed to have received a 1* review we would again like to apologise for the delay that you have experienced with your order. As mentioned several times now, unfortunately due to an unforeseen delay with one of our suppliers, and the extra delay due to the Easter weekend, we were not able to get your order to you in the standard 7 day turn around. As confirmed earlier today we have now received our stock and your order will be shipped to you today via DPD next day delivery service. We do stress that this is not our usual standard, and hopefully as you will see from other, many 5* reviews that we always aim to please and do our upmost to get all orders delivered in a satisfactory time frame. We do hope you will reconsider and give us another go in the future.
Excellent service & products
Sent direct to gift recipient and they reported that what arrived was fantastic and extremely well packaged and presented.
The delivery communication was also extremely good.
All in all a great buying experience and I will order again in the future.

Great gin & very quick delivery service.... however, my bottles were delivered in a carrier bag which did not conceal the contents..... my partner received them at the door & they were meant to be a surprise in his birthday present......some kind of wrapping would have been nice 👍🏻

I was excited to have ordered this gift set for my wife for Easter. She decided to try the Lemon and Ginger gin as she already has the Gooseberry and Elderflower gin. When it arrived, it was beautifully packaged, the Gin, the tonic, the lovely stainless steel straws with cleaners and the beautiful glasses. We were so pleased with it and the personalised message on the box was perfect. The gin itself we tried straight away with the Fentimams tonic and, oh my word! It’s absolutely beautiful. My wife is absolutely thrilled to bits with it and had said the Wessex gin is now her favourite Gin and is looking forward to trying more flavours in the not too distant future.
