Indre the adorable young lady who gave me two vaccinations was charming and poor me totally at ease as someone who is not great with injections....:)

Customer service was excellent: friendly, informative, and performed the task very well.

Have recently had a Covid and flu vaccination with Nicola, who was really great! Easy to book and when I asked about when the flu vaccination would be in stock Nicola offered to call me when it was.

The Staff are lovely so helpful

The pharmacist was patient and understanding. She took her time and made sure I got the help I needed. All staff were very lovely!

I have been using the Harmony Row Pharmacy for many years, particularly for my young son since he was a baby. The staff, especially Kirsty, have always been very helpful & knowledgable with any ailments or queries.

My family has used the Cardonald branch for my father's medication for a few years now and the staff in the pharmacy are always so kind to both my father and siblings. Once when he was released from hospital and his discharge medication was messed up due to a miscommunication in the hospital, staff members Suzie and Amy were able to contact the surgery so quickly and get medication delivered to him that afternoon as none of us could collect it. Dad has some issues due to dementia and isn't always the easiest to deal with but the staff are always so patient with him and me and my siblings can always rely on them. Thank you for all your kindness and help over the years.

Lovely friendly staff especially Gaenor the pharmacist who is so approachable and helpful. Despite this being such a busy pharmacy, I have never had a problem with my prescription.

I was hugely impressed with the care taken to enquire about the sites I was going to visit to ensure the correct vaccines were given to me.

Gilbride pharmacy at Toryglen, Glasgow made me feel at ease with the cryotherapy treatment I received from Gillian. She was very helpful and explained the process well and aftercare routine too. It was a big success and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Thanks Gillian.

I went to the Cardonald branch of the chemist for a cholesterol blood test.
It was the first time I used a private blood test and Amy was a star! She was very knowledgeable and kind.
I received the results on the Monday, only a couple of days after the test .
I definitely recommend the chemist for your piece of mind result. when your GP cannot or doesnt want to prescribe your test.
I will use the service again and I am glad I found them!

Currently attending for weight loss Gillian has been absolutely amazing. The girls are always so helpful and friendly.

I choose to get my prescription here at Gilbride because I feel the staff are very nice always show compassion and empathy and nothing is a bother to them the pharmacist shamza is so lovely always happy to help in every way I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all the hard work they do serving the community and always making me feel welcome thank you Margaret / Stephenie / Emma and all staff much appreciated Margaret

Shamza was brilliant. I was nervous about the consultation, she made me feel relaxed and I wasn't embarrassed to tell her about some of my dubious eating habits. We made some simple achievable goals to get started. I feel very confident about using the mounjaro now and have left feeling very informed and hopeful about this journey. The staff in the shop were very friendly and courteous. I've recently moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy as I find the service excellent.

We approached Gilbride Pharmacy and travel clinic for Travel immunisations for a school international Experience to Malawi. The service we received was fantastic from start to finish. Their organisation, communication and delivery of the vaccines was professional, flawless and without any issues. Both Iain McDowall (Superintendent Pharmacist) and Shamsa Parvez were exceptionally accommodating and supportive throughout the process attending the school to deliver the vaccinations and welcoming our pupils to the local pharmacy if there were unable to make the appointment in school. We would 100% recommend Gilbride Travel clinic to others including schools, individuals and organisations.
