Absolute garbage!
I’ve used GigSky 5 times to date. The first 3 times was okay but these last two times, it was terrible. I had a lot of connection issues and when connected, the speed was ridiculously slow; almost unusable. When I had issues the first time during my stay in Africa, I contacted them and after 2 days of back and forth with customer service, I went from having no connection at all to very slow connection. This last time I used it during my trip to Dominican Republic, I barely used the unlimited data package because it usually didn’t connect and when it did, the speed was terrible. I contacted customer service again and requested that they fix the issue or lose a customer. I got a reply requesting to do the same type of debugging as I had done in Africa. I did not. I’m on vacation and I had no desire to start debugging with customer service as I had done in Africa for days.

The network speed is very good, but it shows the computer room IP. If there is a package of native IP or home broadband IP, you will consider buying it.

Unlimited data plan (7-day) in London worked great! Used for texts, WhatsApp voice calls and Google/Apple mapping. Used wi-fi also where available and total week ~4 to 5 GB.

2G network connectivity
While I was on Crete, my phone would only connect with the EDGE (Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution), also known as 2G / 2.5G network and not any 5G network. It is an extremely outdated mobile data standard and my phone was extremely slow.

The plan is simple and it was easy add to.
The plan is simple and it was easy for me to choose a subsequent plan when the complimentary plan ran out. Customer Service was excellent when I didn’t realize that one e-sim works for all plans in all countries. Rates are reasonable and tailor fitted to the length of my travels.
