They tried to remove my last review so I'm leaving another.

I purchased an Australian iTunes gift card from them and never received it.

I tried emailing them about 10 times and never received a response. Then I contacted the Chamber of Commerce in the city they're registered in in Texas to file a complaint against them.

They're the absolute worst.

Deceptive Payment Flow

Beware of the activation fees on itunes gift cards. Firstly, the amount is almost half the cost of the value of the cards. Secondly, the payment flow and webpage design do not highlight the fact that there are activation fees involved, and keep these in fine print in the total tally almost like an incidental footnote. The amount that is displayed prominently and the shopping basket amount, positioned in the same place as other e-commerce sites (i.e top right corner of the page), only reflect the amount of the gift cards you intend to purchase. There is also a conveniently located "pay now" button just below the shopping basket which is misleading because the total amount is actually further down the page. All in all a site clearly designed to deceive purchasers.

Scam, don't ever use their service

I submitted an order for a 30 AUS iTunes card paying with PayPal. I received an automated email shortly after, stating that I had to send two forms of ID, proof of billing address to avoid a lengthy verification process and get my card emailed. They claim "INSTANT EMAIL DELIVERY" in their webpage, but I sent the requested info right away. All I got two days after was an email from a guy asking for the same information. I replied, but didn't get an answer. After 10 days, tired of waiting I have checked my paypal acccount and verified that the payment was pending. I bought another card from a competitor and got it in seconds. No verification, no emails no nothing. I have emailed the guy again asking them to cancel everything. Didn't get a response. Today, after 20 days, I have a response from the guy saying that their no-refund policy was in place and he was charging me for the card and something called ACTIVATION FEE, for 9 USD (scratching the damn card maybe?). And ended the email with "enjoy". They just laughed in my face. Don't you ever EVER buy a card from them. There is even a Facebook page with complaints for them.

Horrible!

Email said 1-2days to review before I get the digital card. Thought it was OK as I'm leaving USA, NY in 10days time. Purchased on 17th, still did not receive on the 24th. Requested for the card (no reply). Requested again (standard we are reviewing reply). Requested refund (instant reply with their strict no refund policy). So requested for their policy on them not being punctual and failing to deliver (no reply)

Seriously giftcardsy, Thanks for nothing! People, do not buy from giftcardsy if you have limited time. The 1-2 days review is bullcrap.

Wait is too long

I'm still waiting after a week for Giftcardsy to deliver my gift card to my e-mail. There's absolutely no reason for this to take so long. "We're currently reviewing your transaction." They took my money, so what exactly needs to be reviewed?

Itunes code not activated

took a week to receive the gift card code.
when redeeming through itunes it advises the code has not been properly activated and cannot be redeemed.
have emailed as soon as received, (5 days +) and no response to email, deleted post on Facebook, and good luck trying to leave a review on their website they will not let it go through.
Do not trust at all! Have read the below review after purchase, seems to be a common theme. If no response this week will have no choice but to open up a dispute on this charge with my bank.

Code didn't work - company refused to remedy

Bought a A$20 gift card for delivery via email and payment via paypal. Giftcardsy instantly cancelled the order because of its fraud filter. Fair enough - no problems there. Bought a card from another online seller.

Then the next morning payment has been processed and a code is delivered. Code does not work and cannot be redeemed.

Email support automated system returns a case number. No communication for 3 weeks. Follow up again. Giftcardsy is unresponsive.

Open a dispute via PayPal. Quickly receive a canned response:

"The code has been verified to be valid and unredeemed at the time of purchase. We are unable to approve your refund request. GiftCardsy"

Have escalated to a PayPal claim but regardless of the outcome (as the decision is now in PayPal's hands) the experience with Giftcardsy has been 0 stars. I can forgive the non functioning code (it happens) but cannot forgive the lack of resolution.

Decent , Fast , Clean and no support needed

When I used this for the first time I was really worried because I read over the internet that it was not trusted , and no reviews on truspilot were here .
I'm really glad that i made this risk , I bought a 20$ UAE PSN Gift card for 25$
I didn't need to use support so I can't give it 5 STARS because I didn't test all of it .
I might use it to get iTunes cards later :)

I recommend this !
