Ben Straughan - Senior Stylist. After an excellent consultation, Ben cut and styled my long fine hair beautifully. It was a dreary, rainy day when I entered the salon - I came out feeling on top of the world, hair swinging! Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Diana is an amazing, experienced, creative colourist who has been highlighting and root tinting my hair for several years. It always takes me a while to trust a new colourist or hairdresser as I have very thick curly hair and I have had some not-so-good colour/cuts in the past. When I first met Diana she immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Diana is very honest and will always give me her opinion on whether something will work or not! She is fun to spend time with and always maintains a professional manner. I would throughly recommend Diana.

Michele Antiga is a stunningly talented hair colourist. Walked in with a forbidding dark uninspiring and unflattering 'mop' from a disaster elsewhere. Walked out with beautiful golden hair, shining, healthy and happy. Michele is a technical and creative talent extraordinaire.

Fantastic customer service and quality. The cuts are amazing. I really recommend Ava and Jolie!

I visited the salon a couple of days ago, and I wish I came here years ago after numerous hair disasters at my local salon. The Gielly Green team were very warm and welcoming. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The salon looks very luxurious and spacious and you feel very special as soon as you go come through the door. I’ve found my hair colourist for life A.J was very professional and kind and has fixed my hair colour which really suits me. He’s a truly amazing and talented colourist. Skye cut and styled my hair and she really a listened to me in terms of how I wanted it to be and not cutting it too short as I’m trying to grow it. I’ve been given some great advice too. They were both exceptional and I can’t wait to be back again in December

The only hairstylist I go to is Simone from Gilly Green - Marylebone. He always does an excellent work and is very creative.

I also want to mention Adrian who washed my hair today and showed excellent customer service skills. He definitely deserves to be there.

I'm new to London and found Gielly Green purely by chance, mainly due to how easy it was to book an appointment online. I really appreciated the bios on each hairdresser and selected Kaz Benson to cut my hair.
I can honestly say that Kaz exceeded my expectations and I've had that new hair cut feeling for weeks now. As well as being such a lovely person (who took cues on how much you wanted to talk), Kaz really listened to what I wanted and gave me a style that suited my hair type, face shape and lifestyle. I walked away feeling refreshed and looking younger!

Michele is amazing! If you are looking for a magician in your hair cut and care he is the one!
I knew Michele was an hair stilyst and after seeing how perfectionist and high standards he has in general, I decided to go with him for an hair-cut (normally I go to the stylist in my hometwon, because I only trusted my stylist, Maurizio)
But it has been one of the best desitions: First he told me what he though about my hair and I told him what I wanted and what I did not.
Taking all into account he worked his magic with me, and I realised there is people as good as Maurizio in London.
But it is not all, few days after he asked me how did I feel with my new hair and I told him lately my hair has changed and seemed really curly and look not so heatlhy and I could never be able to look elegant or combed but in a pony tail, so he recommend me a tretament that I decided to take.
At that time I had a trip to Hong Kong and Dubai and I wanted the treatment before the trip, Michele did make a time for me to be able to have it before my trip (with was very short notice from Michele)
Thanks to Michele I could look not only as a decent people in HK, but as an elegant woman with my hair with all the humidity and hot there.
If you really want a nice change or a high standards stylist you definitely should contact Michele

Ondine has done a miraculous job with my frizzy hair! This is my third time having ‘hair Botox’ and I can’t recommend this treatment or Ondine enough. My hair is transformed, it needs very little styling and is frizz free and shiny for at least 6 months. Do it!!

Yesterday I travelled 2 hours (4 hour return) to visit Simone who has transformed my sad short thin hair. I trust him and will travel for his cut.

On this occasion I turned up to find I had booked the wrong day. So disappointed and angry with myself.

Gielly Green did not let me down. Every member of staff understood my situation and they pulled together to fit me in despite being a very busy Saturday.

Was a client for years but had enough during my last visit yesterday.

When it came to handling an issue I had, the customer service was worse than cheap airlines.

What a fantastic experience - a treat for an impending big birthday. I arrived feeling grim and looking very grey. I left a blonde bombshell, feeling fabulous. Both Lea Harrison (colour genius) and Daniel Jordan (master cutter) worked wonders and were a pleasure to spend time with. Thank you!

I was disappointed in my experience, particularly after the great reviews and high price. First, it was right before the holidays, so perhaps they were just overly busy, but the place was chaos. Customers seemed to be overbooked and were constantly being mixed up, little personal attention was paid to what I wanted, they were short on space/chairs so I had to move a few times, and it was all very rushed (I actually got Covid after leaving, to get a sense of how crowded it was). Maybe it isn’t like this during non-peak seasons. I asked for a color refresh to my roots and balayage, and due to time constraints they just did a single dark color glaze and assured me this look is better for winter (I live in dubai so I like to stay summery year round). It was nice, but nothing I couldn’t have done at home or for a much cheaper price. I then got a haircut from a senior stylist who chatted with a colleague the whole time and looked at the colleague about equal time to looking at my hair. I have straight hair so an uneven cut really shows up, but it wasn’t checked afterwards for evenness and was instead blown into waves which looked great in the moment but as soon as I washed them the uneven cut and harsh layers appeared. The whole experience was £500 and I am only leaving a review because I’ve just gone to to another stylist who jokingly asked if I cut and colored it myself. I wouldn’t have minded how it all turned out as much if it hadn’t been so expensive, and it certainly didn’t live up to the glam London experience I was hoping for. Friendly staff and nice products, however. That said, I’m sure they would have fixed things if I’d gone back, but it was Christmas hours and I was quarantined with Covid so I didn’t bother.
