I agree with everyone here, the puzzles are not definitely what they advertise and the size seems way to small for what I ordered/paid. Same issue here, no instructions/description of the size of the product or anything to describe what puzzle they sent...

VERY VERY disappointed!!!

I did receive my puzzles but definitely not worth the money, disappointing! Plus I am struggling to contact them, no link found is working yet!

Absolutely terrible company, I was scammed like everyone else posting here. Ordered two large puzzles and a wooden frame, received three small puzzles. Wish I had thought to look up reviews beforehand, lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a complete scam. Like so many else, I have fallen into their trap on Facebook. I ordered three large puzzles and paid the premium price but received three very small boxes. They simply ignore emails asking them repeatedly to correct the mistake. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

Complete con. False advertising on FB. What I received was nothing like what I ordered. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered 3 medium sized jigsaw puzzles in wooden boxes and got 3 tiny puzzles in plastic tubs with wonky labels and no information. I bought them as presents but would be embarrassed to give them to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As mentioned by many others. I also did not get what I ordered. I paid for the XL puzzles in wooded boxes and received the small ones in cardboard. One of the puzzles didn't even match the picture. I have emailed repeatedly but have received no reply. Their website states that they have 24/7 customer support but this is not true. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them. I am very unhappy with my experience.

As others have said, this is a scam. Month long delivery for puzzles measured in feet. Big therefore. Received a5 sized puzzles with a handful of pieces. One puzzle was meant to be 1000 pieces. There were 68 pieces in the little tiny teeny weeny plastic box. Paid via PayPal, so using their buyer protection scheme to hopefully reclaim some of what was paid.

As other people have written, do not buy anything from this company. They are a holding/shell company fronting multiple products mainly advertising through facebook.

I bought puzzles.....took ages to ship, we paid for large, I was delivered Xtra Small. We paid for quality box, was white cardboard carton with sticky label, crushed in transit.

I had to involve PP for this claim, and the only resolution has been to send the items back with tracking.

This is done at your cost and is not cheap either. However if you've used PP then they offer a delivery on us service so you can claim this back also.

Waste of time, non existent customer service, falsely advertised goods, AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Poor quality, incorrect puzzles and zero customer service - avoid.

I ordered on the “buy two get one free” offer and got three large. WEEKS later I received three tiny cardboard boxes with 80/90 piece puzzles in that were the small size.

The quality was shocking , in no way can they be used as a present (the add showed high quality boxes these are cardboard with a white sticker on the front.

No returns, no customer service do not use this company

Agree with everyone. Not expecting a small fiddley puzzle which I ordered for my daughters birthday. She is in a wheelchair so likes doing puzzles and craft things but this is a total joke. Likewise I didnt know it was from China as I have been stung before on China goods. Remember the lifelike dogs well dont bother the last thing they are is lifelike.

Deserves no stars. Appalling. Deceitful. An absolute con. 100 tiny pieces not the 1000 piece giant puzzle I ordered. Should be blocked from Facebook

This is a SCAM. As everyone else ordering puzzles, my huge elephant is A5 size and tiny pieces, should have been 18 x11. It is so upsetting to have fallen for a scam and I also did not know I was dealing with China.
How do we warn other people? Facebook? One star so that I could open the review box. 0 star!

I ordered 2 wooden jigsaw puzzles and no where in the description did it mention how tiny the pieces were and how small the puzzle was. I have written back to them twice to return my order (my order came a month later and puzzle pieces are too small for me to work with and I am an avid jig saw puzzler) and no one has returned my inquiry or there to help. Nor did I know I am ordering from China and would prefer to support my own country for business instead.

Ordered 3 over a month ago still haven’t received now after reading these I no what will happen. I found this page by trying to get in touch with the company. Never again

The wrong puzzles arrived, advertised as 1000 pieces only 104 pieces in each. Sent an email to complain, no answer so sent a second only to have my email account blocked! Total rip-off

DISGUSTING! No wonder they are going out of business when they are conning people out of their money, they must have had endless complaints. A tiny puzzle, with tiny pieces in a tiny box, which cost nearly double with postage and took over a month to arrive. Had I known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bothered and I've since found similar on eBay for half the price and no postage. False advertising, taking advantage of people thinking they are buying something substantial.

PUT THE PUZZLE TOGETHER Ordered 3 different puzzles It took 1 month two were the same. On checking, my emails were returned . "As advertised" (beautifully boxed with an easel to put picture on) They were very small (50 pieces) and did not fit together well and came in plastic container. Also received text from postal co saying label damaged and they only had my email and mobile no and no details of sender. It would cost no more than $3.00 to send parcel.but had to open an account. I went into site to check and for $1.00 more I would get a coffee machine. Label noted $30.00 as value I paid over $AU80.00 a real scam. I did no open an account.

This is a con! Ordered 3 puzzles and couldn't believe how small they are! The advert very misleading.
Very overpriced!!
