This is a total scam site. When asked they supplied a tracking number purely to keep you hanging on. I paid with credit card and they got my money back. if you get an e mail from "after sale" then a company name. report it immediately and report it to your credit card company. They will make you wait 30 days before acting, but they can get your money back. The strangest thing is I got an e mail from the scammers saying they have issued a refund.

I've never even heard to called this name. I ordered a ductless shoe rack from them. After paying for express delivery&one month later still got no response,tacking number. Nothing. Thankfully I have great CC companies&they refunded me my money already. I just got an email saying they were refunding my money. And it said from this company so I looked it up&this id what I read. Then I knew what it was about. They also go under the name validee or valitdee. If it's coming from China your problem getting scammed.

I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give zero. I ordered a jigsaw. They said they'd delivered it but the tracking number did not pertain to the company doing the delivery. In the end, I managed to work out that the parcel was delivered, not to the recipient's address, but to a difficult-to-access storage facility (not a mail office) a considerable distance away. The company continually denied responsibility and I never received a refund. Nor did my friend get the parcel. I don't know how it would have been identified even if he'd managed to find the storage facility (the area but not the actual building was identifiable on Google maps after some sleuthing).

Total scam. Don’t use. I wasted a lot of money on buying contact lenses on this sight. The only good site for buying contact lenses in my opinion is mystic eyes. I got no reply from giant bee tech. They will not refund money.

I ordered Masks with Leonbergers on them - the breed I own & love and received Masks WEEKS later than the website suggested and they had Bloodhounds not Leonbergers on them.
I advised them of their error & was offered a refund of $2 which is a fraction of what I paid! I wanted Leonbergers so expected to be sent the correct item I ordered OR have them send the correct item to remedy their mistake. Terrible experience & waste of money. Be warned before dealing with Giantbeetech.

I ordered a pair of prescription contact lenses for Halloween, described as being "red, cat eye" lenses. The model in the accompanying photo (actually, actress Kristin Stewart) was wearing lenses that covered her irises with a solid, red circle. What I received were clear lenses with a grey ring around the outside of the iris. I have followed their--very specific--directions for returning an item. These directions tell you not to return anything until after they have acknowledged your issue. I have not yet heard anything back from these folks, despite two emails with the photo verifications they asked for. Once I googled their company's name, I found this site. I see I am not alone!

Update: Company emailed me saying that I received the correct lenses and that the reason they looked red on the model was because of her "darker pupil color". I wrote back saying that was ridiculous--that the only way these lenses (which are CLEAR) could appear red is if the model had red eyes to begin with. PayPal is now involved. As a result, the company has offered me a partial refund--which I refused. Stay tuned...

Final outcome: PayPal closed my case, shutting down my complaint. I was told that their Purchase Protection Policy did not apply here. This is not true. I disputed their finding because the seller did (indeed!) falsely describe the lenses--both pictorially and in the written description. I don't understand why PayPal refused to defend my position. I am very disheartened.

I ordered several masks and paid a lot of money for them. Website said that they donate half of the money to animal charity which was the only reason I bought through them. I never usually shop on line and feel sick at being ripped off. Any advice

Total scam. They will delay your shipment until the 6 month PayPal return time period has expired, then you cannot get a refund from PayPal. In future, I will make SURE to research any company I'm ordering from to make sure they're not based in China. Once that is known, assume you'll be ripped-off; it's happened to me on every occasion where I've ordered from that country.

On April 24, 2021 I bought six L SIZE or KING SIZE puzzles (11.8' x 16.5' or 30x42cm) and I have received six SIZE S puzzles (5.9' x 8.3' or 15x21cm)
I paid for the size L.
They offer me a coupon store of 40 US dollars(I paid 80,67 US dollars) for to buy the puzzles again.

Ordered 1 med. owl puzzle. sounded really neat for my grandson. Ordered in Mar 2021. Didn't get it but I thought it was being made and it looked complicated. Got notice in Aug it was.sent and gave me a tracking number. Waited. I emailed Giantbee Tech.I still hadn't gotten it. They emailed back in unusual English phraseology that they couldn't check it from there , I would have to go to post office. Post office said it was a scam. Requested refund from pay pal but was rejected because the claim was beyond the 180 days limit.

Paid to laelpuzzle.Shop 36 dollars in June never received my purchase and they said thry didn't find my purchase order even if I sent all the proof..... So sad...

Did not send what I ordered nor a refund! I ordered large size puzzle in April 2021 at cost of $31.20. I received small size which I did not want and did not open. I immediately emailed them for correct size or a refund. No response. I emailed again with no response. Wish I had seen this site to avoid the bait and switch!

I ordered 2 x 1000 piece Zodiac puzzles on their special and would get one free. The puzzles arrived in little green bags with no pictures to build the puzzles on. The supposed 1000 piece puzzle is actually 136 pieces and I don't know yet of all the pieces are there.
VERY DISAPPOINTING

I purchased puzzles from them. They sent me an email to say that the puzzles were still in my cart. So I ordered it. They ended up sending me 2 sets of puzzles. I requested that I return one set and get a refund, but the keep saying they have no record of it. I sent them documentation of the emails and my charge card receipts to show that they charged me twice. Then they stopped communicating with me. Issue is unresolved.

Like most reviewers, I had trouble getting my order delivered. I ordered 8 jigsaws. Eventually 2 arrived. After several emails to their aftercare department I finally got another 6 today; not the 6 that I ordered, but 5 of them. At least I got my 8 jigsaws. I think the answer is not to give up.

Appalling company, send out the wrong thing, won't let you return it, then only offer a instore voucher of 25% for a refund. Don't buy from them, customer service is woeful.

Almost got scammed - I was going to buy 6 medium puzzles for price of 4 after seeing an excellent facebook ad. This site is now called ninopuzzle and a heap of other names - check my other reviews.
Went through PayPal thinking if it's a scam then I'll still get my money back, however at end of PayPal it just flicked me back to the site. I checked - no charge, so PayPal is rejecting them.. then I got an email about my "items in cart" which mentioned giantbeetech.com and led me here. Buyer beware!

Without doubt the worst company I have dealt with.
Item is such poor quality and they do not allow returns. I am contacting the authorities about this company. I have written to all the platforms that they advertise on and sent all the reviews so they can see what this company is doing.
It’s such a shameful way for any company to behave.
Wish I checked here first.
