We ordered three large puzzles and just like everyone else received three tiny A5 size puzzles. We are currently going through the refund process via Paypal. When we first brought the issue to their attention they wanted to give us a 20% off coupon for a future purchase. This company is a complete scam do not waste your time or money. It also took five weeks for shipping.

GiantBee Technology seems like a scam and PayPal could care less about the purchasers/customers.  I see so many others having a problem with them, yet PayPal continues to operate with this seller, and side with the seller instead of caring about their customers. 

1) Early April 2021 - I ordered a wood puzzle from them, that looked really cool, expensive, but cool.  Of course you go through the order process and then see they charge a huge shipping fee, but I figure my daughter will love it so I'll pay it.  Then the purchase confirmation says it will take like 5 weeks to be delivered

2) 5/8 - I receive an email saying they claim the puzzle was delivered on Saturday, but no puzzled was delivered.  I walk the neighborhood asking my neighbors if they received it by mistake, and no one did.  We received two Amazon and 1 UPS package that day, and were home all day, so something was off with their claim

3) 5/13 - I open a support ticket to contact GiantBee Technology and explain everything, attaching the necessary back up documents

4) 5/14 - GiantBee responds that the package was delivered.  So I explain to them that I know they claim it was delivered, but we did not receive it.  Communicating again all the details from the original correspondence

 5) 5/19 - GiantBee responds and says that I should contact the postal service so I can receive the package faster.  So I respond that I paid them $13 to ship the product to my home, I did not receive the product, so if there is an issue with shipping, it is their problem and not mine.  I either need them to send me the product I ordered, or issue a refund.  To which they only respond something in broken English about there is a shortage of flights from China and I need to wait patiently

6) 5/20 - I escalate the situation to PayPal, saying I need their help.  I found this PayPal community of many other people with the same problem with this seller, I never received what I ordered, and I either need them to get what I ordered to me or give me a refund.

7) 6/2 - PayPal closes my case and just says that the seller said they shipped it to me and the item was delivered.  

So basically it appears PayPal cares more about their sellers, and not about their purchasers.  I have seen online reviews talking about fake shipping numbers from GiantBee, so I am guessing that is what I got. If PayPal continues to alienate their purchasers by siding with scam companies like GiantBee, who then stop using PayPal, I am guessing heir company just fades into history.

Have the same complaint as everyone else. Over $54 for a tiny little puzzle.

Add me to the list... 3 puzzles NOT as ordered.. small plastic container with A5 sizing content.. BEWARE

Total scam. Orderd 5 puzzles and 4 frames. Recieved 9 puzzles. Right pictures wrong sizes. 5 of one same puzzle instead of frames.

Seems to be the same problem with this company. Ordered large puzzles receive smaller size I lodged a complaint via Paypal and going through the process if I do not get the response I want then I will escalate.

So disappointed. I wish I had seen these reviews before I had placed my order. I ordered 3 "large" puzzles. They are minuscule. They have arrived in clear, plastic lunchbox-type containers, measuring 11 x 11cm, with dodgy crinkled stickers on the front of each. The bright colours shown on the website are nowhere to be seen on the actual pieces. I bought these to give as birthday gifts but am now too embarassed to do so. It's just heart-braking.

I ordered 6 medium puzzles and received 5 of them and one was different of my order, but impossible to comunicate with company.They are really small size... Why Facebook allows them to run their ads and rip people off is beyond me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY,

I ordered 3 large puzzles and received 3 ridiculously small puzzles. They did not return any of my communications. Why Facebook allows them to run their ads and rip people off is beyond me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, you will regret it. If I can, I will file a complaint with Facebook. If enough people complain...maybe Facebook will remove them from their web site. Very poor business practices!!!

I ordered 3 puzzles never received them. They took my money no communication from them

Ordered large puzzles- they are very small- not the size ordered- and so very expensive- also took much longer to arrive than it said

I ordered several wooden puzzles from Runbright /giantbeetech.com March 2021. The puzzles were not the size ordered and some weren't the picture I ordered either. I have attempted to contact them via email (Now end May) but have had no response

Ordered Large size puzzles, very small sent. Mfg indicated it was a warehouse issue. I had ordered a second group the same day and both are very small. Paypal dispute refunded first order. Second order being disputed.

DON’T PURCHASE THESE PUZZLES EVEN @ 50%. I finally received the 3 puzzles & you’ll need tweezers to put it together.
I’d purchased as gifts & too embarrassed to pass them....just a novelty. I’m going to see if I can’t get a refund.

I should have read the reviews. Lesson learned. Never buy anything advertised on Facebook!!!!
I ordered 3 A4 sized puzzles.
I received 3 A5 sized puzzles.
At least I received something. I've asked for a refund for the difference. I'm not holding my breath!

As per previous reviews a total scam, large puzzles ordered only small ones of very poor quality received. They have totally ignored any correspondence to fix the problem, or refund the money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 11x16" puzzles and received 6x8" puzzles that took months to arrive. I contacted the seller and got the run around. Obvious this is the scam that they run. They started by offering me a partial (still making what I had paid them more than if I had purchase the smaller puzzles). They offered a little more. Their last response was as follows, "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. We can refund you up to 40USD. Can you please use the remaining amount as our shipping fee?". Use the remaining amount as their shipping fees?!! They mailed items I did not order and they want me to pay their shipping fees?!!. This is just one big SCAM.

Took a month to get puzzles way smaller than advertised! No happy! Wish I would have googled the company first! Lesson learned!

Wpuld love to give a zero! So sorry I never read these reviews before ordering... It took 51 days for the puzzles to arrive in Johannesburg (South Africa) and they are this tiny little cardboard boxes!! I ordered the large puzzles and got these little miniature pieces, which I had paid about ZAR950.00 for!!!
Absolutely shocking!!! I am disgusted and very disappointed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
