I signed up and was asked to deposit funds then again was asked to deposit more funds which unfortunately I did and now they are saying that I need to make a deposit of 0.04 bitcoin before I can withdrawal. I wish I could even just withdraw what I invested but can't do that no longer.
I deposited 40203245 shib on 30th June 2023 then deposited 0.01397553 btc on 7th March 2023 then again 0.00657241 btc 7th November 2023 and now they are asking to deposit more to be able to get access to funds

Absolutely awful company. Been request to pay 0.012 btc to verify my account. After transfer funds I'm still not able to withdraw my funds even make some money. They still require to make another deposit of 0.034 btc that my funds would be released.

A total scam. Paid the 0.01(33)btc as was stated on their page to then get a message saying that I have to pay MORE! A total now needed of 0.04btc! attempted to contact support to get told to go through the online "bubble" only to get the run around and just pages of copied lies!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!

No reply on website chat, no reply on Facebook/Instagram/twitter yet still have the time to say honest reviews are fake!! Gexchain is the only thing fake!!! No time to reply to customers via email or website or social media but have time to report "fake" reviews. I have solid evidence that gexchain is a scam exchange.

Trustpilot should ask for proofs here from both the parties so people can provide you with proof and one should be allowed to post the images so we can share the actual situation and evidence of these culprits!
