Excellent phone case. I ordered a light tan leather phone case, quality in their pictures looked excellent and I was not disappointed. It took about 10 to 14 says to arrive but well worth the wait. I am very pleased with it. Great Quality thank you GEUPDAY. ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE.

I bought an iPhone case for a 15 Pro Max. I just received it and is far too small. It's not the one I ordered. It looks similar but must be incorrectly coded. The real problem is that I asked for a refund and I cannot get the company to return my emails after numerous emails they sent 4 words "You received 15PM " that is all. It's all a scam. I would never deal with them again. The refund or 100% guarantee, if you are not happy, is just false, they have no intention of giving your money back. It's only less than $40 and they will miss out because there are plenty of good quality products available, they will never taste one cent of my money again. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Just like all other reviews (didn’t see till after I purchased) took over a month for a simple plastic phone case to arrive which they made to look like it was metal, Then this was the wrong colour. Emailed multiple times with no response. Poor poor customer service. Avoid.

Reply at all !!! Be aware this is some awful place who sells tacky broken Chinese cases and has no interest in refunding you.. the cases look good on the website but in reality they are cheap crap.

Worst company ever do not ever order anything from this company they get your money they don’t respond to you they sent me the wrong case. I have been trying for over a month now to get them to give me a return address to return it and exchange it, crickets nothing they don’t care about their customers do not ever use this website.

I ordered a leather case for my new iPhone 15 as it looked really lovely and seemed to be worth the money being spent. Unfortunately when it finally arrived it was far too big as they had sent me one for the iPhone 15 pro max! I mentioned this to them and after having to write several emails to get someone to contact me, I finally got a response saying it was a case for the iPhone 15 and what was my problem?!!! I duly took some photos to prove it was the wrong case and sent these and lots and behold, no one had bothered to contact me again!!! I would stay away from this company and think carefully before buying anything from them!!

Ordered an iPhone case on 20 Dec 2023. Last tracking update was 4 Jan 2024 - "We apologise but we were unable to deliver your parcel today. We will attempt to deliver it in the next available cycle." I've written two emails since, requesting an update and a refund - NO RESPONSE from them. THIEVES - do not buy from GEUPDAY.

Took a month for a simple phone case to arrive. Emailed with no response. The case arrived as described. Slim and color correct. However after 2 days the matte finish began peeling off from daily use IN MY POCKET! After a week, the “glass” lense over the cameras are scratched to hell. Never order from this company.

I ordered a case for my IPhone 15 pro max on the 8th jan. I received an email on the 9th stating the order had been shipped. I am writing this on the 26th January 2024 so nearly three weeks after I’ve ordered and I have quite literally not had a single update and the tracking has not updated since the 9th with my order showing as “still in transit”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Ordered item Jan 5th I’ve yet to receive it, I’ve called, emailed, text, several times on several different days …….no response. I will never order from them again!!!!

I thought it was never going to arrive but it finally did. Item looked great but upon inspection it had bubbles in itself. I still used it but I must say in terms of protection, it failed. I dropped my phone once and…it didn’t prevent the protective glass from chipping PLUS the case itself chipped on a corner also.

Scam - Ordered two items well over two weeks ago & have never received them since nor have a got a reply to the last 3 emails I’ve sent them. 1st & 2nd regarding the concern of my items not arriving, & my 3rd and last email asking for a full refund… as expected never got a reply.

DO NOT BUY FOR GEUPDAY 100% CHEAP RUBBISH !!!
Items not as per advert/video. iPhone cover made of plastic and not of metal/glass. Could have got the same of the market for £5. If you want to return has to go back to China which costs about £30.

Scam - saw this on TikTok ordered over a week ago and no tracking information

Edit. Contacted them via email. They replied addressing a different person and provided fake tracking information showing an item delivered 4000 miles away a week before I ordered it.

Items are sent from China. Go figure

I ordered what was made to look like a high quality metal case for my iPhone (£25 in total). It was to be delivered within 2 weeks. It took nearly a month. It arrived today and was the biggest disappointment. It is a cheap plastic case that could have been brought for £2.50 from my local market. Nothing is as advertised, not the colour, not the material and definitely not the quality. I’d advise everyone to avoid what seems to be a scam company
