This is the the worst company I've ever had…

This is the worst company I've ever had, and I have only had them this month, making 5. I have doubled in fees from my old phone company to have so many issues, and they do not resolve them at all, and to be stuck in a contract is ridiculous! I went from phone turning off and not reconnecting nightly after they told me it would work wirelessly. The next downfall in this process was that my caller ID showed as spam to my elderly/disabled clients, which means no one will answer my call unless it was saved in their phones, then weave made me complete this 5-step process with the phone carriers to make my business number that was not spam before them for 2.5 years, become not spam again. Now my last straw was when the insurance companies that I work with and Microsoft said they could not reach my company, and the number is coming up as invalid. Now, how am I supposed to be able to pay the bills if I can't reach my clients, or the people that the insurance is going to pay me, can't reach me about pay or clients!!! SO I CALLED WEAVE REATTION DEPARTMENT ON5/8/2026 AND allowed them to call me back, since before this call I was hung up on and told before the hang up to give my information for someone to call me back, and of course they did not. Two days later, here we are, no call back, but wait, they probably can reach me since their line is not working for business??? If I could give fewer stars than I gave, I would. I called today, and they put me on hold again after getting my information, and 4 hours later (now), I am here because you can never reach the department to get out of this non-working contract, and no one calls back. If you give your information, they put you in limbo to just wait for nothing. I understand why they are busy because the service is so bad that they are always trying to save clients. While I am not expecting a call because my phones don't work, they can reach me at imbusy715@gmail

My favorite communication app

We’ve had an excellent experience using Weave
for our optometry practice. The platform has streamlined so many parts of our daily operations — from patient communication and appointment reminders to texting and phone management. Our patients love the convenience, and we’ve noticed a significant improvement in responsiveness and overall patient satisfaction.

The integration with our office workflow has been smooth and easy to manage, and the team at Weave has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support. The automated reminders and two-way texting have helped reduce no-shows and made communication much more efficient for both staff and patients.
