Since we started using Weave for our…

Since we started using Weave for our appointment confirmations we have had way less cancellations in our schedule. The same day reminders have also cut down on our patients forgetting their appointments. We love being able to shoot patient texts letting them know of cancellations in the schedule so we can bring them in sooner for their treatment. All around Weave has been a very positive addition.

Weave's representatives are great

Weave's representatives are great. They are knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. They had several plans to choose from so we could find the one that suited us best at a competitive price. There is not a contract so I can adjust options if i want too. There help center is great. They have kept us up to date on new features and respond quickly if we have any questions.

We love being able to see texts from…

We love being able to see texts from clients to the office number. Clients appreciate this. It is also nice to be able to go back and listen to calls for clarity and clarification with staff and clients to confirm what was actually said.

Perfect soft phone service

Overall a great addition to our office!

Customer service is easy to reach and work with. The features available on Weave (i.e. texting, online payment portals, online paperwork) are easy to maneuver on the office side.
Sometimes patients do have difficulty submitting paperwork, so there might could be some tweaking to that section on the patient's end as far as clarity on required sections, a "Send Paperwork" button, or maybe a notification sent to the patient when it's been completed.
Being an internet-based phone system, sometimes it can be hard to hear each other on the phone if the weather isn't great.

Weave helped us streamline our patient communications

So far we are loving Weave! We've been using it for several months now and feel it is easy to use and helps us streamline our operations. We are a small medical office with 4 providers. We really like the ability to text back and forth with our patients as well as patient appointment reminders and online forms.

LOVE Weave

I absolutely love Weave! People do not want to talk on the phone anymore but rescheduling my appointment through text? absolutely. I love how easy it is to use, and I can even chat my team members throughout the office if I have a patient in my chair and cant leave. 10/10
