Making a Booking is simple getting Support not so much!
Bookings are the easy bit IMO in any transaction taking money always is...
Support for changes in circumstances in this instance non existent. 6 days notice given for a flight time alteration that didn't happen!
And advised to leave the booking as was by Vuelo Customer Service Agent(s).
Days between responses from Vuelo Customer Service too after initially contacting them and since having to make my own arrangements to return back to the UK just poor.

Don’t make plans with your credit limit they randomly reduce it when they want!
The premise of the app is great option. Almost like the Clearpay way to spread out your holidays seems great. My £3000 credit limit disappeared one day I had budgeted my limit and paid it off instalments on time no late payments and even paid extra towards the balance if I had the money to spare. But they still took my £3000 limit to £0 randomly one day they said it was due to changes on my credit file even though the only recent credit on my file was through them. Also if you cancel a booking and it’s refunded they may report the wrong information to transunion and mess up your credit score. I ended up with a missed payment on my credit file for a one time card payment account that was closed due to accommodation cancellation. Transunion removed the error in the end but it was a lot of stress and backwards and forwards getting it sorted.

Credit limits on Vuelo are dynamic and can be reviewed or adjusted at any time. This is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and is standard practice across credit providers, as limits are reassessed based on a range of factors beyond just payment history.
When a booking is cancelled or a one-time card is closed, the account is updated accordingly. Any reporting to credit reference agencies is done in line with regulatory requirements, and we always work to correct any inaccuracies as quickly as possible — as you mentioned was ultimately resolved with TransUnion.
We’re sorry for the stress this caused and understand how disruptive it can be. If you ever need support or clarification, our team is always here to help 💜

Works fine but my credit limit will randomly just get removed for no reason really takes away the good that this app does. Even though there were no changes to my credit and I had no missed payments on my account my credit was taken away from me despite no changes to my credit
