I am deeply disappointed and frustrated…

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the quality of customer support I've received. After patiently waiting over a week for a response, my initial inquiries were met with incorrect answers. My ticket was then passed around between various agents, never properly addressed, and ultimately closed without resolution.

Moreover, I diligently followed all the instructions provided by your team, only to discover they led me to a paid service. This is particularly disheartening as I had already paid for tax advice and am well aware of my responsibilities. My specific request was regarding the application of this knowledge within your platform, a query that remains unanswered.

Your recent inquiry about my satisfaction with your service feels like a mockery, especially after I provided additional details as requested, only to be told my issue was 'resolved'. This experience has been thoroughly unsatisfactory and falls far below the standard of customer care I expected.

A complete disaster: tax report submission is broken.

A complete disaster.

Their system to send tax reports is broken.

Last Friday, October 30th, was the deadline to submit with Sorted my Income Tax Return report.

I was told by support I could do it until midnight.

I tried several times between 22:00 and 00:00.

Their system fails and my report is not sent.

The site tells me to either try again or contact support.

It didn't work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Today, Monday October 2nd, it still doesn't work.

Support does not answer me after I wrote them five mails.

As result, I am now late two days to send my tax reports to Finanzmant because of this.

I could get fined because of this.

Sorted simply does not do what it's supposed to do.

Horrible experience, and I don't even know if I'll be able to send my reports today.

Mariana Corona gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your associate Mariana Corona was so excellent! Not only did she respond to me within 30 minutes of my inquiry email, but she was able to handle the problem, give me a status report, and made me feel confident in my ongoing experience with sorted.

It’s great to know we can rely on the service, but if we also need assistance there is someone who we can reach, and that they genuinely want to help us. I know with this type of customer service I will be an ongoing supporter of this brand! Thank you for your assistance, and please give her a raise.

Used to be great, now its unuseable, cancelling my subscription this month.

They sold the company to Deel.com who then removed the Steuerberater/Accountant support, leaving the platform unuseable because I can't file my gewerbesteuer without them, and most of the other staff aren't there anymore. Deel is an american company which forces you to tell them your passport number and phone number, which are 100% irrelevant and no other related service asks for. They send irritating messages every time you log in asking for reviews, I replied saying please stop asking all the time, they refused, so here's my 1 star review. I'm cancelling my subscription this month and using Accountable instead.

Different companies may have different policies in place, and as part of Deel's platform requirements, we are obligated to collect certain information from all our users. This is because such users will probably get hired by companies worldwide through Deel, so we need to verify their identities carefully. However, your feedback on this matter is highly valuable to us, and we are actively working to minimize the information required during the sign-up process, especially for Sorted users who solely join Deel for tax advice requests.

Really great service and support

Really great service and support. It helps me feel a lot more comfortable and at ease with all my finances. Love that I can link it to my bank account so I don't forget to add any income or expenses. Only drawback is that there is no mobile availability. I don't need an app, but I can't access my invoices/information on mobile device at all.

It is a great tool

Good and affordable to cover the basics

I've stopped using Sorted after 3 years. It was really helpful to begin with. It's affordable and it does the job. But it no longer meets my needs.

Some new features, like checking for double-entries of expenses could be really helpful.

Recently some things are broken (the ability to export data) and missing (easy access to tax advisor).
But human support is still there and they are friendly and get you what you need.

It's been more than 2 months…

It's been more than 2 months (1/3/2023-5/5/2023) that I can't issue my invoices in a regular way! No more than 2 items can be listed on the same invoice page which results to inconvenient multiple page invoices for no reason!! I keep contacting them every month about it and the answer is always abstract saying that the issue will be resolved sometime during the year as they are occupied with other stuff before they get to fix this!!
