I ordered a few pairs and am a bit disappointed. The embroidery is of poorer quality than shown on the photos. With a simple pattern like the "Magnus" socks, it is ok. But with complex pattern like the "Ada" socks, the patterns are thin. I would give 3,5 Trustpilot stars if possible.

Careful of polarstar products, horrible interaction with their customer service on brand new item.

Bought brand new kythera, hooked it up to air, leak out of the nozzle. Disassembled it, re-lubed everything, still a leak. Call customer support, told to look for defects, find 2, big scratch on inside of cylinder and some kind of warping on the inner-nozzle. Two week turnaround for RMA and they want to make sure that it’s their defect…and I’d pay for repairs if they deem it wasn’t their fault. Not gonna stick around and find out on that.

Absolutely love these socks, they are great quality, so thick and soft and I have loved wearing them in front of the fire now it’s cold out. I have not yet wore them to hike in but I have no doubt they’ll be perfect. I love the designs. Thankyou so much Polar Star 💛

My five pair of socks arrived in a decent delivery time. The socks themselves are good quality and more importantly fitted perfectly. I had issues with another company selling the same style of socks which in no way fitted me, but not the case with Polar Star. Well worth my 5 stars.

More than 92% synthetic material versus less than 8% wool which was not declared clearly.

I never received the socks. I mailed them about it and didn't get a reply. Surprised to hear they are still in business.
