Terrible
The item was nothing like the picture. I was and am, very disappointed. I would not recommend it to anyone. I lost the wrapper which is the only reason why I didn't send it back. The item is still in the box. Terrible.

The item I ordered didn’t match what I…
The item I ordered didn’t match what I received. When trying to return the product and get a refund I was advised I would have to cover postage back and only receive a partial refund. They offered a slightly higher refund when I advised the action didn’t align with consumer law.
Despite numerous emails back and forth starting with an offer of 15% refund then gradually increasing to 75%, still no full refund or return label provided. There is no point contacting with customer service.
