In ordering an office product I inadvertently typed my email address incorrectly. Anne was super helpful and very soon sorted my problem. The software was then installed and up and running literally within minutes. Great service!

Paul responded in less than 5 minutes (it felt like) and provided all the information I required to rectify the issue. I bought from these folks earlier this week. Because Im wary of online sites, I spent a lot of time on Chat (which works pretty much 24 hours) to Joe. The upshot was I got: all my questions answered, an easy buying and product delivery process, and a working version of Office 19 for Mac (for Apple silicon). Oh yes, and a great discount. I showed it off today to my colleagues, and suffice to say, I've just ordered another for one of them, and I guess that's just the start.....

This is a very nice professional Company, that I have been using for my software, they stand behind their product, and it is some of the best software you can get. I had some problem setting my software up, I chatted with them, they were nice and they came and fixed it, plus organized the software on my computer, Daniel was excellent. The service of installing my software is very good. I bought the software but I was at a loss as to how it was going to be installed. The fact that it was installed in double quick time is very much appreciated.
