Hello, I’ve been trying to set up my outlook 2019 for some time and not until today that Adin helped me out. I am so happy with the customer service and it’s obvious that Adin knows very well his job, so knowledgeable and helped me today. Thank you so much so so so much I am very happy 😊

I ordered MS Office Student and Business 2021 from GetMS office.com UK website, the process wasn't super clear to me, but online chat helped clarify details. Download worked fine and the supplied key worked fine. Price is not exceptionally cheap, but beats Microsoft site, and other cheaper sites are dubious. Trustpilot for getMSOffice has a good number of positive reviews, so that is why I bought here. I will post this on Trustpilot GetMSOffice site too :)

Emir was really rude, tried to get help after mistakenly purchasing MS Office - it certainly is not clear enough that this is for PC only the fact they claim to have made it Boldened rather than making any effort to help you is apalling. With no other software suite is there a system specific price these days as well as an inability to refund you

I ordered an Office 2016 Licence recently and it did not work when it came to activating. When I have contacted them to help or get a refund, the company doesn't reply. I have tried 5 times to get a refund but they clearly don't care.

Joe answered my pre-order questions...I needed to know if there wld be support offered if I had questions re: Word--formatting, etc. No help is available via Microsoft directly, so Joe's info convinced me to purchase Word thu GetmsOffice. He was v helpful ---made all the difference between various purchasing options via other companies. And I'm happy to avoid Amazon...

I am a student and needed a publisher, I purchased it last spring but didn't have to use it until now.
when I when to use it, it was not available anymore. I talked to a couple of thechnicien but did seem to get anywhere, I got frustrated and purchased another publisher.
I just finished talking with Ray who was a GREAT help to me.. he was excellent with me.

I have asked for refund as I did not download the software. I was asked for a screen shot of MS acc page which I sent and since then no reply and no refund. AVOID buying from them.

Great help from Carl today. Struggled with a few problems, helped via the chat and also by taking remote access of my PC. Thanks again
