The tech was all over it, on top of it and knew what he was doing. But lets face it, it was Sunday and I was working with Jesus. Just saying......

I had a problem activating the product I purchased. Jesús was extremely helpful and when we could not resolve my issue, he upgraded my software to make sure I did not miss out. He was an exceptional tech support agent who was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MICROSOFT PUBLISHER ACTIVATION (STATED IT WAS ACTIVATED PRIOR) AND JESUS WITH PATIENCE INSTRUCTED ME AS TO WHAT TO DO SO THAT HE COULD TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO GET THINGS CORRECTED. IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES ACTIVATION WAS DONE AND ALL COMPLETE. SO HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE...I WILL BE BUYING MORE OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE.

My software key did not work which was very frustrating. I contacted software team for some help. Carl one of your members immediately took action and resolve my problem. You need to hire more people like Carl.

Joe was AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond to assist me with my issues. Then when I was unable to resolve the issues myself, Joe after seeking my authorization took remote control of my system and resolved all of my issues. Five STARS are not enough stars!!! The service provided was one of the best I have received in a very long time.

I shouldn't have to contact support; my "thanks for your order" should have told me I would need to wait up to 30 mins to receive my MS Office license key, or my follow-up email should... But Carl patiently reassured me and all was well.
