Satisfied Patient!
Was able to access medical help with very little wait time. It is giving excellent service to people like myself who no longer have a doctor. I can only imagine the wait time for a prescription at an ER . I personally believe the Government should reconsider changing the service provider for this program.

Maple is very convenient
It would’ve been almost impossible to get service at a walk in clinic as they’re filled up within minutes, and wait times at emergency are at least 12 hours. So Maple is a great service.

Great practitioners but please don't request a patient do another consult when not appropriate
Great doctors so far in my experience. But curious who is reviewing results and requesting patients follow up?? I received a text message requesting me to contact a doctor/NP for a follow-up consult, regarding my bloodtest results, when only part of the results were back and nothing out of the ordinary showed up on what was back. This wasted time with an additional consult for no reason. The doctor said there was nothing out of the ordinary on these partial results, and told me to wait for the rest of the results to come in.

i have a trouble getting my medicine at the pharmacy that received the prescription because the doctor, Ｄr. Ｍodupe Akinwale
placed wrong amount of Abilify Asimtufii: instead of 720 mg, she wrote 400 mg.
Can you please get her to fix this ASAP as I need it injected asap.

Truly a Lifesaving Service
This was my first time using Maple as my Doctor's office was closed for an extended period of time and I was in a crunch. It was fast and efficient, I was assessed by a Doctor and got exactly what I needed in less than an hour. I'm very impressed and highly recommend this service.
