I clicked on a Facebook advert and answered some questions about my weight and lifestyle, and at some point I must have entered my PayPal account, (who by the way have also been totally useless), but never did I realise that I had agreed to join a subscription plan, nor did I purchase anything, I certainly didn't think I had agreed to anything as I closed down the website before I got that far, or so i thought, as I decided I did not want to proceed.
It was only when I received a PayPal receipt out of the blue for $39.99 I knew anything about it, and now it seems I need to jump through hoops to cancel this unwanted "subscription"
Do not trust "money-back-guarantee"!
I paid for a program, thinking I am signing up for 8 weeks, apparently I was signing up to pay $69.90 every 2 months for automatic 2 emails a week. Actually 2nd and 3rd week programs and follow up came on the same day! I stopped subscription immediately, I tried to get back my money, because I understood after first email, it is not right for me. But I have been explain that I need to proof with pictures that it did not work, to get my money back.
